I liked this book so much. It is a BDSM love story so different from other I have read. It has Tara Sue’s style. It is full of love, steamy moments inside and outside of the playroom and it has the touch of friendship that makes the story more interesting.

I fell in love with Daniel while reading this book, he is one helluva dominant. This book has something I like so much, it is written in third person but focus on their POV, it goes from Julie’s to Daniel’s, and that helps understand why they do what they do, and what they don’t. The angst was in perfect measure, thank God!

Julie is a great woman, she is beautiful, smart, independent, and not so innocent. When she likes someone she goes for him! I love how she was willing to accept her true self, her true nature, and I love even more that it was discovered with Daniel.

Daniel definitely made his way straight to my top 5 of dominants! He is intelligent, confident, caring and very, very handsome! I love reading a dominant falling in love, because the scenes inside the playroom are more intense.

The moment I love the most of this book is the first time they have sex, they didn’t make love that time, they were just knowing each other, but it was intense. I also love the pet name Daniel gave to Julie, I never thought that “kitten” was sexy, until I heard it from Daniel, yes I said “heard”, because I also listened to the audiobook, and Oh My God, it was so sexy, domineering and full of love and the same time.

The secondary characters have a big role in the story line, they are great friends, supportive, and very insisting TBH, but that helped a lot in Julie and Daniel’s relationship. I can’t wait for the next books of the series.
