This has been the most stressful book of the series so far. Poor Charlie. Nobody believes her, and the worst part of this is that not even Slade believes her. Oh My God! I was on edge most of the time while reading this book. I felt like watching one episode of 24, every word meant something important to the case, to the investigation and the saddest is that this all could mean the end for Slade and Charlie – I want to keep my hopes up with their relationship -.
Ketley knows how to writes suspense and drama, because even though I know Charlie is innocent, there are moments when I was even suspecting of her – yeah, bad me -. In this moment my biggest suspect of all is….. Ha! I’m not going to say, but I’m pretty sure it is that person! It has to be…
This is such an amazing read. 100% recommended. I can’t wait for the next part of this series.
