Many of you know it has been an ongoing struggle to get SLOW BURN into Walmart and Target…well, Penguin has had some success! YAY!

Walmart will be carrying SWEET ACHE for its June release as well as they will pick up SLOW BURN at that time! So you will be able to go to your neighborhood store and buy both books. This is a HUGE success for Team Penguin!

To show our appreciation for them picking up the books and to make sure they pick-up HARD BEAT when it releases, we might run a #SweetAcheShelfie contest where you take pictures of where you buy and see SWEET ACHE to show them we are helping promote the book reseller.

This does not mean we are done with Target though. We are hoping when we go to sell HARD BEAT that they will pick it up as well. This means that we might be rebranding the cover of HARD BEAT to be more ‘shelf friendly’ in their eyes. We’ll see what happens but in the meantime… YAY for Walmart!
