Final book from What the Lightning series, and what an end!!! I love Louise’s books because they have the perfect mix of feelings, they make me laugh, make me sigh, make me cry (yes I cried on this one…too), and make me fall in love. They make me wonder why I’m not the protagonist or where I can find those amazing guys?
Well, as the second book ends, we knew that things between Haven and Jake wouldn’t be easy, they had to keep fighting for their love, Jake have to fight for not losing Haven.
I loved to see Haven more confident, more mature, stronger, her character grew up and at the end she saw life in a different way, she left behind her insecurities and she became into a new Haven, one made by Jake. She became a new person because of him, because he saw her like no one else did.
“You have my heart, too, you know. We need to keep each other safe.”
Jake struggled, life is not easy for him right now and one thing he has certain is that he wants Haven on his life no matter what. He’s a really great guy, always trying please everyone, the perfect book boyfriend, one more for my long long list.
“She was my future. She was my everything. I would never let her go again.”
And regarding the second characters, we have to ask Louise for Ash’s books, she deserves a book, we deserve to know what is going on between her and Luke!!! Pls Louise write write write…..
