See the world of Fifty Shades of Grey anew through the eyes of Christian Grey.

In Christian's own words, and through his thoughts, reflections, and dreams, E L James offers a fresh perspective on the love story that has enthralled millions of readers around the world.

Christian Grey exercises control in all things; his world is neat, disciplined, and utterly empty—until the day that Anastasia Steele falls into his office, in a tangle of shapely limbs and tumbling brown hair. He tries to forget her, but instead is swept up in a storm of emotion he cannot comprehend and cannot resist. Unlike any woman he has known before, shy, unworldly Ana seems to see right through him—past the business prodigy and the penthouse lifestyle to Christian’s cold, wounded heart.

Will being with Ana dispel the horrors of his childhood that haunt Christian every night? Or will his dark sexual desires, his compulsion to control, and the self-loathing that fills his soul drive this girl away and destroy the fragile hope she offers him?

This book is intended for mature audiences.

CHAT REVIEW WITH JENN AND ANGY

Angy: Hello Jenn!

Jenn: Hi Angie :)

Angy: Let’s talk about GREY! Oh. My. God. I loved it!

Jenn: Loved it? It’s not enough to describe my feelings about this book!!

Angy: IKR? I needed that book!! it is a perfect addition to the original book, right?

Jenn: It sure is…I never thought that Erica would write from Christian’s POV but I am SO happy that she did. We really needed to get inside his head and feel his emotions!

Angy: We all needed it… Badly! I have a theory, that she wrote it during or after filming the movie!

Jenn: Probably, She could sense that the fans wanted more and she was happy to give it to us :)
We need more books from guys’ POV!!

Angy: Yes! She did great with Christian’s book! I am very pleased that her writing style improved! Don’t you think so too?

Jenn: We all know how the story goes but to read it/hear it from Christian’s POV made me feel like I was reading a whole new book but still there was this line following the original one. Yes the writing is a bit different…and I like to see the difference :)

Angy: Yes, some lines had to stay the same! I agree with you, despite it being the same story, it felt so different at some times. I loved Christian at work! He does have a right hand in Ross! She’s awesome!

Jenn: Yes, this was still the same story told by our dearest Mr.Grey 😉 I was pleased to find out more about Ross….and she doesn’t seem to be one to take any shit from anyone not even Grey himself :)

Angy: Hahahaha yes! I like her so much!

Jenn: Even the trainer had me laughing at the times :)

Angy: Oh yes Bastille! And Elliot! “Hotshot” Hahahahhaha

Jenn: I feel like we got to know many characters a much better through Christian’s eyes

Angy: That was one of the things that Erika improved in her writing, she developed more characters, which is great

Jenn: And I’ve lost count of how many times did I wanted to get in the book and kill that bastard of a dealer his mother had :(

Angy: I cried every time Christian had a dream. This was an emotional book for me!

Jenn: I usually get so into the books I am reading that I can almost feel every emotion characters are going through and his nightmares and memories just killed me. It wasn’t all just love love love and everything around it….we got to know much more why he was 50 shades of fucked up as he himself said.

Angy: Yes IT was really hard to read but I’m thankful we could read his POV! It was needed!

Jenn: I feel the same :) At first I thought all 3 books were summed into 1…But I’m so happy to know that more books must come after this one 😉

Angy: Erika announced it *Happy dance* Let’s cross fingers it’ll come out soon! Very soon!

Jenn: I couldn’t agree more :) How knows maybe before the next movie….it would be just awesome. They are soooo torturing us for letting us wait for so long :)

Angy: Hahahaha I wish it a lot sooner! There are still 2 years for the next movie! So we agree on 5 stars for GREY!?

Jenn: 5+ Stars :) And how many stars shouldn’t Zachary Webber get? He was AWESOME as narrator…I really felt like I was right there when everything happened.

Angy: 5 more stars for Zachary! Excellent narrator!

Jenn: Excellent job for the whole book overall!

Angy: I agree!
