4.5 “sweetheart” stars
Deep is Ben’s story, time to meet the sexy, hot bass player from Stage Dive, this is the final book of the series, even though I haven’t read the previous books, the author made me connect with the whole band, with all their story and they will remain in my heart. This is a very funny and sexy reading, I enjoy it very much.
Lizzy Rollins was first met in Play the second installment of the Stage Dive series, she was Anne’s little sister. She had a crush on Ben since the first time they’ve met and even though they tried to keep things on a friend level, the attraction was undeniable, it took just one night to change their lives for good.
“So I’d been knocked up by a rock star.
Big deal.
Deep breath. Okay.”
Ben Nicholson is not ready to settle down, not yet at least. he’s willing to support Liz financially but not emotionally. He promised Lizzy things he won’t be able to accomplish and Lizzy will have to decide what to do in order to not end with a broken heart and to have a good and healthy pregnancy.
Lizzy character was amazing, she’s so strong and independent, she is in love of Ben but she’s smart enough to not let him rip her heart apart.
“Ben, I don’t want to take your freedom. I just want a place in your world. An important one.”
I hated Ben so many times, he’s so frustrating, he doesn’t know what he wants but eventually he will realize what is best for the three of them, Liz , Bean and himself.
”Each time he chose to not take things further with me, it hurt.”
Love the secondary characters, all the band is amazing, they’re like family, always supporting each other and you’ll love them all. Lovely epilogue!!!
If you love emotional rollercoaster, you love hot and sexy rockers, this is your book. I highly recommend this series if you enjoy sexy, hot, funny books.
