review v2

Comic Review: 3,5 stars

I’ve always been a Wonder Woman fan so being able to read this and review it is sort of big for me, I had great expectations which were mostly fulfilled.

It starts with Diana as the new God of War in addition to being the Queen of Themyscira and Wonder Woman  -WOHA! talk about hard work- But it’s too much to juggle and her loyalties are divided which is why the Amazons begin an insurrection against her progressive rule.

What makes me sad about this number is that if you’re not already a fan of WW you will probably won’t be one by the end of this number, the amazons are portrayed very childish, Ares pet’s have weird behavior attacking the new master’s home? it seems like a pointless plot point to give some extra conflict to a very saturated story.

This is a good number, sort of fun but definitely will not take you to a great ride, which in my case is something I always look for a Wonder Woman story.
