Can three broken pieces make a whole?
Josiah Evans is the orphan who lost both his parents. He’s sweet, shy, and all heart. He wants nothing more than to be loved.
Mateo Sanchez is the son of a gang leader. He’s seen it all, and never hesitates to do what needs to be done, no matter what it is.
Tristan Croft is the wealthy attorney who clawed his way up from the bottom to rule his own world. He’ll never depend on anyone but himself again.
Three men who couldn’t be more different…and yet, as their lives intersect they find an uncommon balance that calms the storms inside each of them, and ignites fires hotter than they ever thought imaginable.
Told uniquely in three parts and spanning over ten years, BROKEN PIECES is a journey of healing for three fragmented souls, finding love in the unlikeliest of places—with each other.
BOOK REVIEW: 5 STARS
This was one emotional and delicious book!!! It was my first by this author, but it won’t be my last. Alone the thought of an m/m/m-book had me all excited. And it definitely lived up to what it promised.
Since I love everything unconventional, I was very glad, that it was indeed not your average love story. In fact, it was 3 love stories, all interwoven with each other; to build one big love story in the end. First part of the book was the story of how 17-year-old Mateo and 16-year-old Josiah fell in love and then were seperated. The second part of the book was about Josiah building his life and meeting Tristan and then the third and final part was about all three of them together.
The writing-style was very sober, but delivered all the required emotions. I felt everything with the MCs! And the pace of the whole book was perfect. I loved every part of it.
The sex-scenes were aplenty and soooooooo hot and delicious. Maybe even partly because I felt so much for and with the characters.
One thing was a bit annoying – but that was tolerable for me personally. Mateo had a very nervous stomach. He puked, vomited and emptied his stomach so often, I really worried about his health… Aehm. Yeah.
From start to the beautiful ending, the book was amazing. I’ll rate “Broken pieces” with 5 stars and can recommend it to everyone who likes m/m-books, menage-stories and emotional but unconventional love stories.
