Fans of Jodi Ellen Malpas, K. Bromberg, and Joanna Wylde will be unable to resist this sexy, deeply intimate tale of a woman running from her past, and the darkly mysterious man who sets her free.
I didn’t think answering someone else’s cellphone would change my life. But the stranger with the low, deep voice on the other end of the line tempted me, awakened my body, set me on fire. He was looking for someone else. Instead he found me.
And I found a hot, secret world where I felt alive for the first time.
His name was Dylan, and, strangely, he made me feel safe. Desired. Compelled. Every dark thing he asked me to do, I did. Without question. I longed to meet him, but we were both keeping secrets. And mine were dangerous. If I took the first step, if I got closer to Dylan—emotionally, physically—then I wouldn’t be hiding anymore. I would be exposed, with nothing left to surrender but the truth. And my truth could hurt us both.

CAROLIN’S BOOK REVIEW: 5 STARS
The blurb to “Everything I left unsaid” instantly caught my attention at Netgalley. Since I didn’t know any other books by M. O’Keefe, I didn’t really know what to expect. But holy wow, I didn’t anticipate the book to blow me off my feet so hard! Seriously, this book is amazing.
This is Annie and Dylan’s story. Both don’t know each other in person until late in the book; they only communicate with each other via cell phone and only because of a very lucky coincidence. The phone calls between the two MC’s were always filled to the brim with sexual tension and so tender at the same time. I seriously felt everything they felt. Both Annie and Dylan have had a hard life and were tough in their own ways. Those two together? Explosive!
The only negative was, that I was a bit appalled by the constant pushing Annie did on everyone. She pushed everyone she knew – no matter how long, if her whole life or just 5 minutes – to tell her stuff, that was in no sense any of her business. There were a few situations that left me a bit dumbstruck, cause I just wanted to tell dear Annie to let people live in peace, if that’s what they’re asking for…
Aaaaaaaand then there was this ending… Holy mother of all cliffhangers. I seriously, really need the sequel. Like right the heck now *LOL*
There has to be mentioned to every potential reader, that this book may trigger certain feelings in regard of domestic abuse. The violent situations were until the very end of the book only described in hindsight, but in my opinion, it has to be mentioned that the female MC’s husband hit her within their marriage. Dylan did in no way hurt Annie!
All in all, I’ll rate “Everything I left unsaid” with 5 stars, cause my complaints were quite personal. The book had everything: Mystery, romance, hotness and ANGST! I can recommend it to everyone who loves this romance-genre. And now I’m looking forward to reading book 2!!!

CLAUDIA’S BOOK REVIEW: 4,5 “truthfully” STARS
I have to start saying that this book is so intriguing, the minute I read the blurb immediately I ask for it. The plot is original, very interesting and captivating, it was hard for me to put it down. This is the first book of two and it ends on a cliffhanger but we can get the second book a month after the first one releases.
Annie is leaving her past behind (including an abusive husband) and hides at the Flowered Manor Trailer Park and Camp Ground. She got a trailer there, and on her first night she found a cell phone ringing, she couldn’t avoid answer the call and that is how her life will change for good.
“Let me … let me tell you what to do.”
“Are you … going to laugh at me?”
“Laugh? I’m the fucking luckiest man on the planet tonight. The only thing I’m going to do is help you come.”
Dylan is hiding from the world at his mountain, he has a dark past and since he made that call, he’s compelling by Annie’s voice. He knows he’s breaking so many rules, his rules. Now he can’t be apart from her, he needs to be with her, to protect her, even though he is one of the threats.
“He would break every rule he had, every promise he’d ever made, and go to all the trouble in the world for this girl and she had no idea.”
Even though this book has dual POV, I want to know more about Dylan (his POV is in 3rd person), he’s a mystery man and he has a dark past that involves a murder, an MC gang, an accident… He used to be a beast, and now he wants to be the good guy, can’t wait to know more about his dark secrets.
I really enjoy my first book from M. O’Keefe, I’m fascinated by the way she took me to the story and how I was able to feel it as if I was there. Everything I Left Unsaid book is sexy, hot, excited book with some suspense and mystery and an incredible chemistry between the main characters. Can’t wait for The Truth About Him.
“When we are pushed to the edge we were capable of anything. Surviving was the only thing that mattered..”
RALOU’S BOOK REVIEW: 5 crazy stars!!
I feel so damn lucky that I stampled across this book because it was one of the most exciting ones I have ever read this year. Or maybe ever. I was instantly attracted to it from the first sentence I had read in the summary because when a summary starts like that: I didn’t think answering someone else’s cellphone would change my life. I think you kind of expect for it to blow you off. And damn, I was right!
Everything I Left Unsaid is the first part of Annie and Dylan’s story. It tells us how their “relationship” unfolded after Annie answered THAT fatal cellphone that set everything in motion. The whole time I was at the edge of my seat because it overwhelmed me so freaking much that I was seeing stars. From the first word I read I was done for and since then I hardly raised my eyes off my laptop screen until I reached the very last one. And Hell! The cliffhanger that was waiting for me there got me completely off guard! But I think it will be worth it…..
Him. That’s what every part of my body said. Him. And mine.
And I apologize if I spoil it a bit here, but I can’t continue this review without referring the two amazing tricks that O’ Keefe did in this story. First, whatever was happening between these two, she wrote it to unfold through a cellphone. Which, without kidding, made everything even more intense, steamy, exciting. And it spiced the hell out of my curiosity!
That voice, that soft, dark, rough voice that led me places I’d never imagined I’d go.
Second, even though she wrote both books with double POVs – and i know that because I took a peak in the second book (hehehehe) -, she used different time dip for each book. And that trick definitely added another “push” which took it in even higher level. Practically, she didn’t took from us the excitement of reading both POVs, but, at the same time, she did! Genius!
As for the characters, I don’t have to say much because it, although I really liked how she developed them, they sort of emotionally confused me. There were times that I couldn’t see some of their actions with a positive eye. Though, one of the things I absolutely adored about them was the way Dylan cared about Annie and he wasn’t afraid of showing it, even from miles away. But, besides that, Molly O’ Keefe wrote some very interesting characters that I will not easily forget.
Truthfully, he would break every rule he had, every promise he’d ever made, and go to all the trouble in the world for this girl and she had no idea. None.
I really can’t wait to read The Truth About Him because the cliffhanger from this one kind of killed me! And I want to be revived again!
