I have a history of picking the wrong guy. Gay? Player? Momma’s boy? Check, check and check.
Now I can’t stop fantasizing about one of the customers at the coffee shop I work at between classes. It’s just a harmless crush, right? It’s not like I ever see this guy outside of the coffee shop. It’s not like I’m going to see him while attempting to get birth control at the student clinic. While wearing a paper gown. While sitting on an exam table. Because he’s the doctor. Shoot. Me.
But what if, for once, the man I’ve had the dirtiest, most scandalous fantasies about turned out to be everything but wrong?
Wrong is a full-length, standalone novel by Jana Aston

Book Review: 5 stars
Ok, I don’t remember exactly how I stumbled upon this book – but I’m really grateful I did! Such an amazing book!!!
“Wrong” is the story of 21 year old Sophie, who’s about to graduate from college. To earn a bit of money, she works in a small coffeshop. That’s where she “meets” Luke, who is only a handsome stranger in expensive suits for a long time, before she learns his name. And she learns it from a nurse at the student-clinic – when Dr. Luke Miller is about to make the OBGYN-examination before prescribing her the pill…
The book was so good! It had everything balanced perfectly in my opinion: Humor, steam, romance and angst. And for Pete’s sake, the characters were amazing! I encountered a few horrible examples for failure in that department in other books the last couple of weeks – so I was very grateful for it. Sure, it HAD a few parallels to one of the most famous erotic-books in the world. But I start to read every book with an open mind – and only focused on the current read, so it didn’t disturb me in the least. The only thing that I didn’t like, but that wasn’t really an issue, was that I would have wished for it to be longer. I could have easily read 200 more pages…
I rate “Wrong” with 5 stars and can really, honestly recommend it.
And as a footnote: I’m impressed by the fact, that this was Jana Aston’s debut novel! From the many books I’ve read the last 2 years, this is one of the few, I have nothing, and I mean NOTHING, to complain about regarding the writing-style! Wow, honest to God WOW. I hope she keeps writing, I’d read other books from her in a heartbeat.
