Book Review: 5 “deeply & irrevocably” stars
The story Sylvia Day has created is like no other! Gideon Cross & Eva Tramell’s story has stuck in my heart since book 1, BARED TO YOU came out in 2012 and they never left. I’ve been WAITING for this book, CRAVING it and as soon as I got it, I didn’t want to read it because I knew this was it…the end *tears*. This lovely story, like no other, came to an end and just knowing that there will be no more, Gideon & Eva made me want to read it slow. Enjoy every single word. Absorb their love like it was mine.
The way Sylvia showed us Gideon through Eva’s eyes and vice versa, was like a poem. It is like what making love is supposed to be…worshipping each other until they become ONE. We have witnessed how they’ve grown as a couple from book 1, BARED TO YOU to this final book, ONE WITH YOU...how they have bonded, how they have shared and because of that how they have become stronger as ONE. They need each other to live and even though they have had many obstacles and enemies, no one, NOTHING has kept them apart.

This book begins where CAPTIVATED BY YOU left. Eva & Gideon are now married, trying to build their life together. If you’re a fan of this series, you know all that they’ve been through. I won’t talk about details from this book, in fear that I will give spoilers, just know that this final book is EVERYTHING I expected! Sylvia Day managed to give a lovely end to this series. We got answers, some new secrets were revealed, something unexpected happens, but the most important is that Gideon’s soul is healing and he’s trying SO hard to be the man Eva deserves. She has transformed him and he likes the person he has become because of her♡

Since I read the first book, I was very captivated by this lovely story. No other book has made me love a couple like Gideon & Eva! I always said that Gideon was the best fictional character I’ve ever read and the first I’ve fallen for….
