Emma Chase had done it again!Our favorite attorneys are back again and what a ride we have ahead of us. 🙂
This is a novella that takes place after all three full-length novels in The Legal Brief Series (Overruled, Sustained and Appealed). It brings us back to the one and only Jake Becker and his wonderful Chelsea and their amazingly crazy life after they said I do. Everyone is back again. All adorable and smart ass Mcquaid kids and Stanton, Sofia, Brent, Kennedy and their lovely families.
It has been a while before I had the pleasure to enjoy these amazing characters and lose myself in their funny and lovely stories. While reading this super cute novella I got reminded of just how much I was missing these people without realizing it.
Jake should just get a medal of the perfect book boyfriend and that’s it! The man enchants me in every way possible. His lovely Chelsea is super cute and all of the kids are beyond adorable.
It was such a pleasing feeling to met the rest of the Legal Briefs crew and they will all have a special place in my heart. My heart was literally melting while reading some parts. It didn’t feel like just reading yet another book , it was like having a family reunion with the world’s best and unique family. These hot lawyers make me wish they were real and I would definitely find myself in trouble on purpose so they could represent me time and time again! 🙂 🙂 🙂 I have enjoyed this one more than imaginable and wouldn’t want to live another day without it.

I thought I had my needs satisfied by the previous books but this was the missing icing of the cake. Give it all stars in heaven and sprinkle all the fairy dust all over them 🙂
