When you fall in-love it’s forever
But sometimes forever comes with a price.

I never meant to meet Nathaniel Teller. It was by accident, on a Tuesday, that I walked into his bar. He was solemn, intense and hiding a secret behind those stoic green eyes.

I never intended to fall in-love with him. We were supposed to be just friends. But I fell for him hard, deep. There’s no turning back.

I never thought his past would be so dark. And if I thought I had any chance of being in his future, I was wrong. Because his past is his future.

And I need to walk away.

5 stars

A story that will make your heart skip a beat or two.
It will break you and it will heal you!

Chrystal has been hurt and betrayed  in the name of love as long as she can remember. Despite all the pain and shed tears she knows that happiness is out there and is refusing to stand down and that motivation is her fuel to keep searching for her happily ever after. She takes a break from her everyday life and is taking a chance by accepting her friends offer and move to a new place where she is trying her luck.

Chrystal is open minded and going from date to date without success unfortunately. In one unguarded moment she meets a man who catches her attention and is becoming harder and harder to ignore by each time they met. He seems to interfere with each of her dates and keeps sabotaging them. She is taken aback but doesn’t seem to mind it all too much, more like welcoming it instead.

But what happens when you find happiness that was never meant for you? Love that is so strong no pain can break its bond?

Jeannine Colette is delivering once more.  She has done it again. This is a beautifully written story with a roller coaster of emotions. A story of rediscovering yourself, finding out what your true desires are and what is it you really value in life and how far you would go to protect those you love. What I have noticed and become very fond of in the way Jeannine writes it’s that every book has some greater meaning behind it if you look deeper into the story. All three installments (Pure Abandon book 1 , Reckless Abandon book 2 and Wild Abandon book3) have important messages for the one who is opening not just their eyes but their hearts and souls.

I enjoyed Wild Abandon immensely and have read it several times to get lost in this love story that is about so much more than yet another romance book. It’s about loyalty , about made promises,  about sense of quilt and betrayal. How we can rise about all that and move on with our lives and heal.

My love for Nate and Chrystal is unbreakable, but the side characters also deserves to share these 5 stars with them because they were crucial to the story and its development. I can’t express my love enough for this story and honestly for the whole series. These have touched me on a special level and will remain with me for as long as my heart keeps beating.  They will be in safe keeping there.

This is a book you definitely don’t want to miss out on. It can be read as standalone but I would highly recommend to read the whole series.

“Our perfect moment together. Our Last moment together.”
“I kiss him for the first time, I kiss him for the last time, I kiss him forever.”
“A symbol of love.
True Love.
A symbol of forever.
Their Forever.”
“We move together, our hearts beat together and our fears erase each other’s.”
“Everything is for you.
His mouth finds mine again and when his tongue sweeps against my lips, I know there is no one else I ever want to kiss for as long as I live.”
“He is so far away yet I swear I can feel his exhale on my skin.”
“His eyes are so piercing, and mesmerizing, I swear he can see right through me.”
