From the author of Fly with Me and the Capital Confessions Novels comes the newest in the sexy Wild Aces Romance series.

Eric Jansen—call sign Thor—loves nothing more than pushing his F-16 to the limit. Returning home to South Carolina after a tragic loss, he hopes to fix the mistake he made long ago, when he chose the Air Force over his fiancée.

Becca Madison isn’t quick to welcome Thor back. She can’t forget how he shattered her heart. But Thor won’t give up once he’s set his sights on what he wants—and he wants Becca.

Thor shows Becca that he’s no longer the impulsive boy he used to be, and Becca finds herself irresistibly drawn to him. But will Thor be able to walk away from his dream of flying the F-16 for their love or does his heart belong to the sky?

book review: 3,5 Thor stars!!

More and more I’m getting a very soft spot for the “BBFs by The Army”. Their incredible heart, skills, courage and dynamic of their love has me always a swoon on the floor. They warm my every cell every time I get my hands on them. And Chanel does a very very good job creating them.

Into the Blue is the second installment of the Wild Aces series who tells us the amazing love stories of the Wild Aces team of the US Air Force. And they ARE some hell of love stories!! Each one is a very special world full of emotions and situations which had me at the edge of my seat.

This time we get to read Eric “Thor” Jansen’s story which, unlike with Noah an Jordan’s – Fly with Me -, has its starting point fifteen years back when Eric met Becca. They were each other’s everything until, five years later, Eric left her to chase his dream and they didn’t see each other for ten years after that. But now, Fate pulls again the strings, harder than ever, which joins their souls so they can finally be whole again instead of two halfs. Soon, they fall back to how they were before; if not more. Little by little they find their way back to each other but, before they can finally reach their HEA, they have to surpass difficult obstacles. And the way they do it is purely amazing.

I was all in. I just hoped she was, too.

Time for step two.

Both Becca and Eric are fit together just like any perfect soulmates could ever do. They are so much in tune with the other that really made me jealous. :p Honestly, who doesn’t want a connection and love like that? Plus, when they were coming together, even I felt the explosions happening between them. The chemistry was everything that I was expecting and much more.

She was the compass when I was so lost I couldn’t find my way.

My first book of Chanel that I read was Between Shadows and I was hooked by it. Literally. I loooved this book and still love it!! Her words had me really far swept away. Although, when I started reading this new series of hers, I was so engaged in it as much as I wanted to and I got the feeling that something essential was missing. Unfortunately, I can’t put my finger on what and I’m really sad that I can’t because the potentials of these stories are huge. And I bet they would be magnificent if that something stops missing 🙂 Besides all that though, this series is recommended for read. Maybe not an 100% or 200%, but definitely one.
