Trent Mask puts the REV in revolution.
A line has been drawn.
Indie vs Pro
Here at GearShark, we’re straddling that line to bring you exclusive coverage of what some have dubbed the war of racing.
Every war starts with a spark and ends in revolution.
Drew Forrester was the spark,
but his second-in-command is the REVolution.
What does it take to stand brave in the face of opposition?
Resolve of steel…
Stubborn will…
And a heart that refuses to give up.
It isn’t just the drivers in this war.
The revolution is about more than just racing.
It’s about shattering labels and taking risks.
So we asked Trent Mask: Truth or Dare?
His answer?
Both.

Book Review: 4 stars

There is not much else to say to “#Rev” other than I did in my review for “#Junkie”. Drew and Trent’s story continued in this sequel and they found their HEA.

The only thing not to my personal liking, was that as soon as the L-word was spoken once, they didn’t stop anymore. Siiiiigh. Nothing wrong with the word love, but like Pavlov’s dog, I felt like lashing out after the millionth time of them telling the other they loved him. It’s great and all but it was too lovey-dovey for me personally.

But everything played out nicely and the emotions were there. The racing was missing in this second installment, though. Probably because this book was more focused on Trent, who’s main concern – aside from Drew of course – were the Frat and football.

One message was delivered loud and clear in those books though: Don’t label yourself as anything. You fall in love with a soul and not a gender. I loved that!!!

All in all, I rate “#Rev” with 4 stars and can recommend it to everyone who loves MM-romance. You have to have read “#Junkie” before this, though.
