I’m so in love with Searching For Disaster, Isabella & Liam and the whole group of friends from the Searching For Series. Jennifer Probst wrote a beautiful novella about second chances—in life and love— about family, friends, and most of all, about true love. Sadly, this is the last book of the series, but I will surely read more books written by the lovely Jennifer, her writing style, her originality and development of stories and characters are things I always look for in the authors I usually read, and I will for sure find them in Jennifer’s books.

Searching For Disaster features the story of Isabella and Liam. Isabella is the twin sister of Genevieve—main character of Searching For Beautiful—the black sheep of the family. She made so many bad choices in her life that affected her in so many ways, leaving her without her family, her friends, or anything that really mattered to her. Two years ago she rock-bottom and now she’s clean, sober and being the best version of herself. Kind of… Because she still feels she’s not worth enough *sad* Sadly, she hasn’t forgiven herself for all the bad things she did.

Liam—also known as William Devine, is police partner and best friend of Stone’s from Searching For Always—needs something more to complete his life and of course his best friend notices it and recommends him to join Kinnections, the love matching company Arilyn co-owns, so they can find THE ONE for Devine. He’s hesitant about joining in, but he complies, even though he’s so sure they will never find the woman he wants, who hasn’t left his dreams and desires for the past six years, and no matter how many women he has dated and has had in his bed over the past six years, he will always compare them to Isabella.

Liam and Isabella met six years ago and had the most amazing, sexy and romantic one night stand and it could have been more if it wasn’t for the worst choice Isabella made in her whole life *shakes head*

And here is when Liam reappears in Isabella’s life—or is it Isabella reappearing in Liam’s life?—And for me it was PERFECT timing. Six years ago they connected instantly, but it wasn’t the right time for both of them. But true love is true love, and in the present they have grown so much, lived what they had to live and right now it’s the RIGHT time for them to be together. It was so good to read how they reconnect after all those years, how he pursued her, how she tried to resist him—but failed, thank fuck—and overall how their love story went on. It was beautiful, heartbreaking and perfect.

I was waiting for the audiobook of this title, but sadly the narrator hasn’t been doing it for me lately, so I decided not to listen to it. I want to keep this story as perfect as it is.

Overall, Searching For Disaster and the whole Searching For Series was awesome through and through. Jennifer Probst has given me so many book boyfriends and girlfriends to add to my collection—thank you very much—and I recommend it to everyone who loves romance novels, with sexy, scorching hot kinnections and perfect HEA!
