SHE STOLE MY PROPERTY
I'll never forget the night I caught her sneaking around my place. She thought she could steal from me and get away with it, but I have no intention of letting her get away at all. Mian Ross has a lesson to learn, and I'm going to be the one to teach it to her.
HE STOLE MY SON
I'll never forget the night I made the second biggest mistake of my life. It was supposed to be a simple job, but it quickly became so much more--one that cost my freedom and cost my son. Angel Knight became my worst nightmare... and now, he'll never let us go.

Book Review: 4 stars
From the first time I saw the cover for this book and read the blurb I was hooked!
So once it was in my hands and I started reading I was crazy excited about it.
But I must say that first half of the book rubbed me the wrong way and provoked so many emotions in me I felt like wanting to kill something and my poor device almost took the hit.
I can’t really explain what it was that made me feel so in raged without giving important spoilers away. I have read dark books, I even prefer those books from time to time but some things in this one had me shaking my head and feeling so angry that I would read it still and not giving it all up.
But something took a stronger hold on me than I realized and I couldn’t stop, I had to go on and find out the secrets, I had to see for myself that all this awfulness in part 1 of the book had its purpose.
So after the story kept developing and I got to know more about its characters I kind of fell in love with them. My feelings towards them changed completely.
I did’t feel so much resentment and anger anymore but compassion, sadness and hope instead.
Angel is the hero here without a doubt but his two best friends Z and Lucas aren’t far behind him.
The trio really got to me and now I really want more of them and HEA for them all.
Mian’s story shook me so hard that I am still trying to work through all the things that she had to deal with at a very young age.
When she needed someone by her side the most no one was there, she was all alone on her own with a heavy burden on her shoulders.
So since this is NOT a standalone there is a cliffhanger that left me wanting more answers and to see how this story will developed further.
My rating for this book was on a rollercoaster during the reading but what really saved this for me and made me like it was the part 2 in the book and now afterwards I feel content with going forward and not abandoning it with the previous feelings I felt.
You can give it a change yourselves and see if it’s something for you!
Warning: There are some heavy triggers that might not be pleasant for everyone.
Some of them have been mentioned in countless books but for me when all were put together it became too much at some point so consider yourselves warned if you are a sensitive reader.
