The sequel to Curing Doctor Vincent.

Elaine Watkins knew there would be challenges loving the great Dr. Xavier Vincent--medical icon, enigmatic genius, and broken man--but when she finds herself the focus of the Society, a group of sociopaths who manipulate people for pleasure and sport, finding someone she can trust becomes her biggest test.

After being forced into hiding with Sebastian, Xavier's long-time friend, and reunited with Marco, Dr. Vincent's protégé, Elaine struggles with the complex relationship that develops between her and the three men.

When the Society causes Elaine to question everything she's ever known, her love for Dr. Vincent may be the only thing to save her.

Simply magnificent!

Elaine is back in USA again after that weird and heartbreaking Paris departure. She thought that Xavier had plans for them both but the reality hit her hard and fast. Convinced that Xavier is gone from her life forever, she is trying to move on and forget all about the best and most intense week of her life and leave it all behind. But all her plans are disturbed by a sudden appearance Xavier makes and this time he is not alone… He has another woman on his hand, and she seems to be everything Elaine isn’t.

This is indescribable, there is no way to give this story its full justice and glory by trying to put it into words it has to be experienced but I will try my best. Without a doubt one of the absolutely best books I have listened to! There is so much hotness going on that it sometimes felt almost as too much…. That’s a lie 🙂 I can never see myself getting too much of it *wink wink*

Seriously the sex is insanely hot and out of this world. To be able to really give into this story you have to be open minded and embrace all kinds of sexual activities that are presented here. Some things I haven’t ever thought would be this amazing and arousing but they were and more. What really got to me here is how good and tastefully written these scenes were. It gave such a natural feel to it, like this is everyday act everyone would indulge in on a daily basis.

And the core of the story, it’s mystery and secrets keep revealing in this book but in somehow it leaves you with more questions than answers. There are things happening that you never saw coming and for me it was the icing on an already damn delicious cake. I found myself stare into the distance and wandering away in my thoughts trying to puzzle it all together.

I loved it as much as book 1 (Curing Doctor Vincent) and can’t wait for more. One great thing in this installment was to learn more about Sebastian and see him open up and how much strength he regained and become the man he once was.

Narration:

Noah Michael Levine and Erin deWard are back and they are rocking the shit out of this book. Pardon my language but I am lost for word while trying to describe how great these two are. They posses some kind of energy and chemistry that bounds them to each other so well you lose track of that it’s a book you are listening to and not them telling their life story. Their storytelling is brilliant and very convincing. Definitely two of the absolute best in this line of work. If any of them still has a day job, I would suggest to quit because this is clearly their spot to shine.

P.S. Avoid listening to it while doing outdoor activities!
It can be rather distracting 🙂
