The sizzling second installment of the White House series, by New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Katy Evans.

We fell in love during the campaign.
The stakes were high.
Reputations could have been ruined.
Scandal hovered over us like a cloud.
Now the man I love is the President of the United States of America.
And its not my vote he is after.
He wants it all.
My heart. My body. My soul.
He wants me by his side.
In the White House.
Normalcy will be gone from my life, privacy forgotten.
I am only twenty three. I just wanted to play a part in history. But it seems like history wasn't done with me. The part where I lost my heart to Matthew Hamilton? It was only the beginning...

Review: 5+++ Stars

It’s been a few days since I finished this book and I still don’t have the words to express how much I LOOOOVE this book. The perfection of Matthew Hamilton was even better in this book, not to mention Charlotte and her awesome personality, her strength and maturity. I loved everything that happened in this book, and despite it doesn’t have an ounce of drama, the whole book kept me hooked to it, wanting to know how Matt would overpass his fears of being President of the United States of America and the man who deserves Charlotte’s love at the same time, and let me tell you, he excelled at them both.

“I’ll give you time to get used to all this, but I want to make it clear that you’re still mine. You never stopped being mine, and you never will,” he says.

Commander in Chief starts with the possession for President, three months after Matthew was elected and Charlotte left him. Their reunion was very romantic and I loved it very much. I loved how Charlotte just couldn’t say no to him. Matthew was her weakness as much as she was his and I LOOOVED it. What happens next…. I C.A.N.N.O.T. say! You all have to read it and fall in love all over again with the most beautiful man, the most committed president, the most caring and strong leader America could have had, but most of all, fall in love with the amazing Charlotte, the young woman who stole The President’s heart. You know what they say: Behind every great man, there’s a greater woman.

Is it possible to fall in love with a man all over again?

All in all, The White House series was amazing. 200% Recommended.
