HGTV’s Property Brothers meets The Marriage Bargain in this second volume in the Billionaire Builders series, an all-new heart-wrenching and sexy contemporary romance from New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst.

When she was a teen, Raven Bella Stratton’s father was killed in a horrible car crash. The bigger shock was the discovery of a woman with him—Diana Pierce—and their two fully packed suitcases with airline tickets to Paris. Devastated by her father’s betrayal, Raven went to live with her aunt, never truly overcoming the traumatic event. When she discovers that the mysterious woman had a family with a husband and three boys, Raven vows to leave the memory of her father behind.

Until Dalton Pierce visits one night and suddenly her past challenges her future...

Leaving his life in California behind to run Pierce Construction with his two older brothers, Dalton Pierce has enjoyed returning home and studying his passion of woodworking. But when he visits the local bar with his brothers one evening, he’s immediately drawn to the smart-mouthed, badass, sexy bartender who sets his body on fire. Unfortunately, she doesn’t seem as intrigued by him, and his multiple advances are met with rejection. When he offers to restore the bar back to its original glory, he begins to work with her on a daily basis, and falls harder. His plan of seduction slowly weaves a web around them both, until they are caught up in the spell. But Dalton doesn’t know the secret that can either destroy them both...or finally mend two broken hearts.

Ever since I read Searching For You in the anthology Baby It’s Cold Outside, all the books by Jennifer Probst are in my must-read list, you know, the ones that are included in my busy blogger schedule, because I know she always delivers the best, romantic, funny and sexy books, and to my biggest shock, I always cry with her books, because the deep and emotional stories that always touch my heart. And of course, Any Time, Any Place fulfilled all my expectations.

This is the second book of the Billionaire Builders Series, following the story of the youngest brother of the Pierce Brothers, Dalton, the man who loved to work with wood. Dalton was talented, funny and kind of the player from the three brothers. He was also the better looking of the three brothers but most importantly, he had the biggest heart of them all—Can I marry him, please?.

On the other side of the story there was Raven, a young business owner and badass bartender who had a grudge against the Pierce Brothers, because of the mysterious circumstances of the death of her father and their mother, but she meant to stay away from them, until she found herself needing to make some restorations on her bar, and there was only one construction company and one woodworker qualified to make the job: Pierce Brothers Construccions and Dalton Pierce himself.

I loved everything about this book. Since the characters, main and secondary—Caleb and Morgan were as perfect as I remember them and Tristan *sigh* can I have his book now, please?—, the storyline full of romance, emotions and family, the flawless writing with great descriptions and overall, I loved everything, everything about this book.

I can’t wait for the audiobook, because it’ll mean a chance to repeat this awesome story.
