THE PRINCE OF PARK AVENUE FINALLY MEETS HIS MATCH IN A FEISTY MANHATTAN PRINCESS.
I’ve made every one of my billions of dollars myself—I’m calculating, astute and the best at what I do. It takes drive and dedication to build what I have. And it leaves no time for love or girlfriends or relationships.
But don’t get me wrong, I’m not a monk.
I understand the attention and focus it takes to seduce a beautiful woman. They’re the same skills I use to close business deals. But one night is where it begins and ends. I’m not the guy who sends flowers. I’m not the guy who calls the next day.
Or so I thought before an impatient, smart-talking, beyond beautiful heiress bursts into my world.
When Grace Astor rolls her eyes at me—I want to hold her against me and show her what she’s been missing.
When she makes a joke at my expense—I want to silence her sassy mouth with my tongue.
And when she leaves straight after we f*ck with barely a goodbye—it makes me want to pin her down and remind her of the three orgasms she just had.
She might be a princess but I’m going to show her who rules in this Park Avenue bedroom.
A sexy, standalone, contemporary romance.

PARK AVENUE PRINCE is another amazing love story of Louise Bay! This story is about LOVE, about how to LEARN to love and with a beautiful message: NEVER take life for granted.
We already met Grace Astor in KING OF WALL STREET, she was Harper Jayne’s best friend. I was very intrigued about her because she picked boyfriends who were losers and users (according to Harper) and sadly, we find out in PARK AVENUE PRINCE that that’s a very accurate description of her type of boyfriend. I was very pleased to know her story, she is trying to make it on her own, despite she is a “Park Avenue Princess” and her family is wealthy, her goal is to be successful with her new art gallery, GRACE ASTOR FINE ART.
Sam Shaw is a complex man. He is very troubled by his past, but he is also caring, sweet, loyal and sexy as h*ll. He thinks he is not capable of love, so he doesn’t do relationships. But when he meets Grace at her debut gallery exhibition, he is instantly intrigued with her, he feels very attracted to her, he wants her, and he will have her because he always get what he wants. But pursuing her may come at a price…an emotional price. That very well constructed fortress around his heart will be forever altered because of Grace and her effect on him. He’s sworn off any type of attachments in his life, but Grace makes him question his reasoning for resisting love in the first place.
Sam Shaw is not Grace’s type. She’s resisted his type her whole life. She doesn’t date men in suits, but she can’t avoid feeling attracted to him when she meets him for time. She feels a connection between them, but she still continues to resist it because she knows his type. That is when the pull and push begins. Sam is so demanding and Grace is no push over, so we enjoy an amazingly sexy banter between them. Grace needs him as much as Sam needs her, but they will have a lot of obstacles in between because Sam doesn’t know how to do a relationship. He doesn’t want to be attached to anyone he can possibly lose and that is greatest fear.
I am SO in love of this book! Right from the beginning, Sam captured my heart with his story and Grace is such an amazing woman, their characters are well developed and so real that you can easily relate with them and empathize for them. Both have stolen my heart for good and I adore them. They are mine!!! Ok, I guess I’ll share them with you. *wink* I highly recommend this amazing story with so much love, caring, funny moments and, of course, hot and steamy scenes that Louise has us all used to.
