Book Review: 5+ Stars

Would you consider the audio edition of Nothing Less to be better than the print version?

I wouldn’t say it was better, I’d say it made me love it even more. This is the third time reading—or listening to, in this caseNothing Less and every single time I fall more in love with Landon and Nora. This story, along with Nothing More, is real, beautiful and makes me wanna be bestfriends with this group of people, because they are all amazing. Anyway, the audiobook version of Nothing Less made me love it even more, especially the different inflexions made by the two narrators, it made me feel like watching a movie, not to mention the British accent Jason Carpenter made for Hardin *swoon* Oh. My. God.  So perfect!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Landon of course. I loved him when I first read After Series, and now that I know all about him, I love him to infinity and beyond. He is sweet, caring, responsible, the best friend any person could have—even the evil Dakota, who didn’t deserve Landon treating her right, got a good friend card from him—but when Landon has to show he’s strong side and takes charge, he does it and I love him even more for that. Did I mention I adore Landon Gibson? *sigh*

What made the experience of listening to Nothing Less the most enjoyable?

I love the dual POV, which meant dual narration. Elizabeth Louise and Jason Carpenter were perfect for Nora and Landon. I loved that to read Nora’s thoughts, she was such a mystery in the first book, and finally knowing all her secrets, the reasons she had to act the way she did and most of all, her feelings for Landon, made me love her even more. And listening to Elizabeth being Nora, transmitting all her feelings, good or bad—like I said, this book is so real, so believable, this people has flaws and that made them more perfect to me—was an amazing experience with the audiobook.

Any additional comments?

All in all, the audiobook of Nothing Less is an amazing companion for this awesome book. I loved repeating this story, in fact, I listened to Nothing More one more time before listening to this title for the first time and it made the experience a lot better. I only wish it would have never ended. It would have been amazing to have more of the future like Anna Todd did with the After series. And talking about Hardin… Oh. My. God, Jason Carpenter’s British accent was P.E.R.F.E.C.T.I.O.N! ! ! It didn’t only made me fall all over again for Hardin, but made me want to repeat all the After Series again, but it would be better if it was narrated by Jason. Don’t get me wrong Shane East did a flawless job with Hardin’s POV, but I’m IN LOVE with Jason’s accent…. *sigh* If only….
