Find out what happens when you give six authors the SAME blurb and they write their OWN story.
The blurb:
You know those people that have a house full of motivational slogans? Embrace Every Moment, stamped on their coffee mugs. Always Kiss Me Goodnight painted above their perfectly made beds.
I’m not one of those people.
This morning I overslept, then slipped on a stray sock and banged my toe into the nightstand. The elevator in my building broke and I had to run down six flights of stairs. And then my local coffee shop was closed. For health code violations.
What’s that? Not the end of the world? You want me to suck it up?
Did I mention I’m wearing a wedding dress… on the subway?
It’s a Good Day for a Hot Mess.
Someone embroider that on a pillow.

Anthology Review: 5 Stars
What an original idea for this anthology: One synopsis for six different stories! I decided to read two of them and I totally loved them. They were funny, sexy and romantic. It was awesome how the authors used the elements of the synopsis to create so different stories and at the same time kept them so true to the synopsis. Also, the writing, the plotting and characters in both stories were flawless, especially because they were practically drama free.
Following separate reviews for the stories I read.
Wall Street Station by Liv Morris
Seraphine and Seth met three years ago at a 4th of July party. They were very drawn to each other but the next day they knew who they really were, so they had to keep that desire hidden for long three years. In the present, Sera´s life was no longer perfect and her only hope was Seth… Well, him and her secret job.
I loved this story, the forbidden love, the secret job, the twists of events and the perfect ending. It was sad what happened to Sera and her mom and I was so happy Seth was so true to his love for her that he stood by her and helped her when she needed him the most.
Great love story <3
Times Square by Jana Aston
Lauren moved to NYC following her fiancé but after a few months of living with him, she found out he was a cheating asshole. Now she’s living in a one bedroom apartment sharing it with three other girls, and her job is not much better. One friday started as the worst day of her life but…as everything happens for a reason, she met for the second day in a row with Max, a charming man and he asked her out. And that friday that started so badly, ended perfectly.
I loved Lauren and Max and how they met and how their relationship went and everything in between, especially the ending. It was perfect. I LOL so much while reading this book. It was a Rom-Com through and through.
Awesome love story <3
