When I found an eviction notice taped on my apartment door, I had two options: find a comfortable cardboard box to call home, or move in with Tucker Jameson.

Seeing that cardboard makes me feel itchy, I chose the latter. Which shouldn't be that big of a deal Tucker is one of my good friends. And because he's still pining after his ex-girlfriend and I'm trying to finish my nursing degree, there is nothing to worry about in the romance department, making my last semester an easy one to conquer.

Boy, was I wrong.

Rules are set, dinners are made, conversations are had, and a shirtless, swoony roommate walks around in nothing but a pair of black briefs, ruining me for every other man.

Before I know it, I turn into a panting, lust-filled woman begging for Tucker to kiss me, touch me, and show me exactly what is hiding under those briefs.

But with great orgasms, comes great consequences.

Tucker might be my friend and roommate but he’s also my best friend's ex-boyfriend, making him completely off-limits. At least that's what my brain is telling me, my heart is speaking an entirely different language.

We received this book/audiobook for free in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect our opinion of the book or the content of our review.

Emma Marks is a college student, she is going to be a pretty careful nurse. She has an amazing roommate Adalyn and their best friend Logan. They’re pretty awesome together, going to clubs and supporting each other. Until she gets a bad news: they need to get a new place for living ASAP.

Tucker Jameson is a young man who works hard at the construction world. He has bought his own house but isn’t a home yet. He hates go to that solitary place because it reminds him about what he lost.

Emma and Tucker has been friends for years but they have lost contact, when they meet again, Tucker saves Emma’s life with an offer she can’t reject: being roommates. There is a little something to add: Tucker is the ex boyfriend of Emma’s friend.

What could go wrong? You’ll see

I asked to read and review this title because I read Dear Life and I adored it, so decided read a little more from Meghan.

My Best’s Friend Ex is a funny romantic comedy who shines for itself. I really enjoyed the chemistry between Emma and Tucker, they were so good since the first chapter when they were just friends connecting again. Tucker hasn’t know the carefree and collegian side of Emma and she was so authentic and fun and he needs that. She bring to his life caring, love and the most important a sense of being home.

The dialogues and scenes between Tucker and Emma, as well Tucker and his friends were so freaking funny I was laughing frequently. And the sex factor? The language, caress and kisses were soooo hot you would need a very cold drink or maybe something more 😉

If you like sexy romantic comedy, you would enjoy 100% My Best’s Friend Ex by Meghan Quinn.

PS: I was dying for use the term rom-com
