couldn’t admit aloud that she loved them. That she had no choice as to which McGowan she pleasured added to the mystery, the allure.
“Oh, shit!” She recognized Garrett’s voice. “It’s Sheriff O’Donnell with that new deputy he’s been grooming in.”
The words put ice in Katie’s veins. Instantly Aaron pulled her so that she was standing upright, and he freed her arms. Next he removed her blindfold.
To Garrett, Aaron said, “Step outside and stall them. All she needs is thirty seconds.”
Katie looked down, and what she saw made her feel guilty as hell. Her blouse had been ruined. All the buttons had been ripped off in the McGowan haste to bare her breasts. Though her brassiere had been spared the same ruinous barbarity, the cups had been tucked down beneath her breasts. With hands that trembled, Katie adjusted her breasts back into the cups then quickly rolled up the tails of her blouse, and tied them into a knot between her breasts. She had turned her blouse into a midriff-exposing halter, a discordant sartorial choice given that she was wearing a professional businesswoman’s skirt beneath it, with stockings and heels.
“You won’t have to worry much about the McGowan clan,” the sheriff said to his deputy as he walked into the saloon. “They’re on the rowdy side of life, I suppose you could say, but they don’t often cross the line.”
“Good evening, Sheriff,” Aaron said, picking up a damp towel and beginning to wipe the bar. “What brings you here at this time of night?”
Katie did everything she could to smile nonchalantly, but that was impossible when she could feel liquid moving inside her. Two men, both young and very virile, had come inside her. If she remained standing for very long, the evidence of their lust for Katie would become all too visible for everyone to see.
“Time is why I’m here,” the sheriff said.
“I’ll be right back with you,” Katie said as she made a dash to the ladies’ restroom.
She made it to the toilet in time. Expelling the cum, she sighed with relief and wondered just what her life was going to be like if she really did have, all to herself, four lovers.
She cleaned herself, tugged up her stockings and readjusted the elasticized bands at the tops of her thighs, and inspected herself in the mirror. She had no idea where her panties were or who was in possession of them. She’d never liked the midriff-exposing style in the first place, and it looked especially bad now, she decided. Her hypercritical subconscious was coming to the fore but then was tamped down with a vengeance. Or perhaps I’m just feeling trashy because I’ve already had a couple climaxes, and I might have more before the evening’s over.
Though she was in the restroom only a couple minutes, when she stepped out the saloon was empty except for Sheriff O’Donnell and his deputy.
“Where are the McGowans?” she asked. Alone with these two men, Katie was suddenly edgy, not truly afraid, but very concerned.
“I sent them home,” the sheriff said. “Now listen to me carefully. I’m not going to ticket you this time, but you’ve got to keep a closer eye on the clock. I know you’re new to running the Mountain View Saloon, but that’s not an excuse. Rules are rules, and you’re to follow them, same as everyone else. No new drinks past one o’clock. I’ll be outside in my squad. You’ve got two minutes to turn out the lights, lock up, and drive on back home.”
“Thank you, sir,” Katie said with relief.

Chapter Four

Katie watched as the pickup truck’s taillights disappeared down the driveway then onto the highway. Behind the steering wheel was her grandmother, who was nearly giddy with joy at being able to head out for Phoenix so quickly after breaking the news to Katie. Her grandfather made it known that he’d be eternally grateful to his granddaughter for voluntarily taking over the running of the Mountain View Saloon.
