Farrah in Fairyland
for
Giuseppi, Farrah was too focused on what she was about to say to
notice.
    “ With
your help of course, silly. You are going to help me train for the
talent contest. I will be so good
that they will have to let me become a Tooth Fairy.”
    Farrah grabbed
hold of Giuseppi’s hands and pulled him to his feet.
    “Okay - step
one, let’s see if I can pull off that spell to get you your
Scorpotoe.”
    “Wait!”
shouted Giuseppi, before Farrah had a chance to do anything.
    Giuseppi
grabbed some tissue from out of his pocket and shoved it up both
nostrils. Farrah glared at her friend.
    “You know,
just in case you summon one of those Honkers again.”
    With the Pixie
dust in her hand, she flattened out her palm and then blew the dust
into the air. After about three minutes, the two of them saw
something. Then out in the distance there it came. It was large,
too large to be a Honker. Its two wings flapped almost in slow
motion as the massive creature floated toward them. It was
beautiful. Its three golden horns shone brightly as it came closer
and closer, until finally it had landed smack dab in between the
two fairies.
    “Wow, cool,
Farrah. Look at how beautiful he is! I’ve never seen such big horns
before, and look at the size of his feet. He could crush a house
with those things.”
    “Yeah, yeah,”
Farrah responded, sounding disturbed.
    “That’s’ good
and all, but I wasn’t trying to summon a Xaxxon.”
    “Oh, right –
but you have to admit, he’s pretty cool.”
    The Xaxxon
purred as Giuseppi stroked him on his smooth, feathered back.
Meanwhile, Farrah had taken some more Pixie dust, attempting the
spell once again. In just over a minute, a large Aracholiz
appeared. The lizard-like creature with its eight hairy legs
surprised the Xaxxon who jumped into the air and inadvertently
landed on Giuseppi’s foot.
    “Fairy of a
Gun!” He shouted as he grasped his throbbing foot tightly.
    For the next
hour, Farrah continued her attempt to make a Scorpotoe appear. Over
that time, she summoned two Geedos, which ran around and around in
circles pecking at the tiny insects on the ground, a Turtoth, which
looked a little drowsy as it moped back and forth much like a
tortoise and a Manian, which chased after the rest of his creatures
with his claws held out in front of his head. Farrah was about to
try one more time when she was stopped by Giuseppi.
    “Farrah, maybe
this spell isn’t the spell for you.”
    At first,
Farrah was upset, she sat down on the ground and held her knees
tight into her chest as she cried.
    “Farrah, I
have an idea,” exclaimed Giuseppi in excitement.
    Although
reluctant, Farrah took Giuseppi’s hand as he extended his.
    “Come on!”
    “Where are we
going?” Farrah shouted back as they ran floatingly down the
mountain.
    “You’ll
see!”
    Having
stopped, Giuseppi pointed to an area down below from where they
were standing. It was the Tooth Fairy training facility. It looked
desolate, having been abandoned for the Sole. Considering that
Tooth Fairy training only took place in the Naive season, it
perplexed Farrah as to why her friend would want to take her
there.
    “I don’t get
it,” Farrah stated, confused.
    “Don’t you
see, Farrah, if it is a Tooth Fairy you want to be, it is a Tooth
Fairy that you will become. What better way to prove to all of
Fairyland that you would be a great Tooth Fairy, than to display
all of the spells that Tooth Fairies can perform.”
    Farrah looked
at her friend. Despite his reputation as being dim-witted, he was
at that moment the smartest fairy in all of Fairyland.
    “Pure genius,”
she said as she gave Giuseppi a big hug squeezing his wings
tightly, once again causing him to blush.

Chapter 9: Training Sequence
    The two fairies
walked the grounds of the training facility combing over every last
inch of space. They pictured how different it would be with dozens
of future Tooth Fairies immersed in training. Farrah was
captivated. She had wished
