little move, put me closer and closer to the brink, and I knew soon I wouldn’t be able to fight it off anymore.

I could feel it coming. The buildup. The intensity. There was going to be no stopping it.

“Oh, god!” I breathed out as I tossed my head back into the pillow. Rhythmic waves of pleasure and ecstasy rippled through my entire being as she bounced harder and harder on my throbbing, veiny dick.

I grunted and I felt my cock pulsing inside her, shooting load after load of baby sauce into her tight, wet pussy. When it was all over, she collapsed on top of me, my cock still buried inside her.

“Oh, god,” she heaved, out of breath.

“Roll onto your back,” I said, grabbing pillows and propping them underneath her hips. I buried my face between her thighs, ready to repay her for that massive, mind-blowing orgasm she gave me.

“What’re you doing?” she sighed, obeying me.

“We’re propping your hips,” I replied. “And I’m giving you an orgasms. All things that should help with conception.”

She melted back into the sheets as I got busy and within no time, I’d taken her there and back a few times.

“I don’t normally smoke, but damn,” I said to her. “What I wouldn’t give for one right now.”

She wrapped her body up in the sheets as she curled up in my arm, drifting off to sleep.

I lay awake, as I normally did at night, unable to sleep. My phone buzzed on the nightstand next to us, and I quietly reached over to grab it as the soon-to-be mother of my child slept soundly in my arms.

    LONG TIME NO SEE.

    WHO IS THIS? I replied.

    TIERNEY. REMEMBER ME? She wrote.

I swallowed the lump forming in my throat and suddenly my mouth went dry. Since Brenna entered my life, I’d been focused on moving forward. Starting a family. I’d thought less and less of Tierney with each passing day, and for the first time in forever, I stopped seeing Tierney’s face when I looked at Brenna.

I’M IN TOWN. WANT TO MEET UP? she wrote again.

    PART TWO

ONE

    TRENTON

    Tierney. Tierney. Tierney.

It’d been years. Eleven to be exact.

Seated at Serendipity I waited patiently for her to arrive. Knowing Tierney, she’d be fashionably late. The girl always loved to make an entrance.

I checked my watch. She was twenty minutes late. Of course she was.

My heart pounded heart in my chest. There was only one woman who could ever do that to me. I drew in a deep breath and forced myself to calm down.

“Trenton?” a burst of enigmatic energy in a burnt orange wool coat floated through the doorway towards my table. “Is that you?”

Her smile was a mile wide and made my heart pound deep and hard in my chest. God, I’d missed her smile. I stood up and she wrapped her arms around me. I took a brief second and breathed her in. She smelled just like I remembered: sandalwood, musk, and vanilla.

“Tierney,” I said, stifling my excitement. “You look good.” Correction: she looked amazing.

“Thanks,” she said, her sparkling brown eyes locked into my gaze. “You look good too.”

She slipped her coat off to reveal a navy sheath dress with a shiny gold and white baubled necklace hanging from her neck, playing off her perfect, caramel skin. Her shiny hair was perfectly coifed and polished. She looked like a million bucks, but then again, she always had.

Our server walked by and placed an ice water in front of her as she ordered some mocha drink. As she reached for her glass, I saw it: an indentation on her left ring finger where her wedding ring used to reside.

“So what made you want to get a hold of me?” I asked.

She smiled and paused, subconsciously rubbing her naked finger. “Things have changed, Trenton.”

    “Oh, yeah? In what way?”

“My daddy died last year,” she said, looking down. “I don’t know if
