heart fell to the floor. There, at the top, was Scarlett Rose with a mystery man.
She heard Todd gasp in horror behind her as Mother hissed, “ Impossible! ”
Before they could turn away to hide, the couple turned to them, curious looks in their eyes. Alisa struggled to form something, anything, to say. Sorry I tried to kill you twice? Don’t tell your father? She could practically see her wedding fantasy crumbling before her eyes.
“Hi, ma’am,” said the gorgeous blond cowboy at Scarlett’s side.
Alisa felt her eyebrows furrow in confusion when Scarlett gave her a genuine, sweet smile. But Alisa couldn’t move. She was frozen under their gazes. After several seconds, Scarlett fidgeted as if uneasy under the intense stares the three of them were surely giving her.
“Um, excuse me,” Scarlett murmured as she and the cowboy scooted past them and down the steps.
When Alisa turned to her mother and Todd, she noticed that, much like her, they were both sweating profusely in their latex and leathers.
“What the fuck is she doing alive, Mother?” she bit out.
“I–I don’t know, my dear. The drug dealer told me the poison should have kicked in within thirty minutes of me giving it to her.” Her mother shook her hand as she looked off into the direction Scarlett had disappeared. “She obviously couldn’t recognize me with this mask on, but it was like she doesn’t even remember the two of you.”
“Mff-slll-fggll,” Todd muffled through his ball gag.
“Good God , Todd. Take that shit out of your mouth. You fucking look ridiculous,” Alisa snapped as she all but tore the leather straps from his face. Just moments before, her cunt creamed at the sight, but now it just annoyed her. She was no longer in the mood for any kind of kink. If she had a dick, it was sure to be flaccid at that point.
After a brief shriek of pain, Todd repeated, “Maybe she forgot.”
“Forgot? How in the fuck would she f—” Alisa suddenly gasped as realization dawned over her. “Maybe it was an aftereffect of the fall. I mean, she looked at us like we were complete strangers.” She then turned to her mother and lover. “We need to find out what they were doing here.”
Alisa looked around the second floor they now stood on for something to give her some sort of idea. Then she spotted one of the club security guards walk out of a small room in the corner, closing the door behind him. A small sign hung near the top of the door, “Employees Only.” She felt a slow smile form across her face as a plan immediately flooded her brain. Thank God she was smart, or they’d all be in deep shit.
She kept her eye on the lanky security guard grabbing a Coke from the nearby bar as she spoke to her mother. “I need to get into that back room. I’m sure that’s where they keep all the security camera footage. Mother, see that man there? The security guard?”
Mother looked in the direction she’d indicated with a tilt of her head, spotting the redheaded man. “That freakish ginger kid?” she asked with a hint of disgust in her tone.
“If by freakish ginger kid you mean the tall law enforcement, chestnut-haired man, then yes.” Alisa gave her best attempt at convincing, but judging from the snide look her mother then gave her, she looked anything but.
“Spit it out, girl, and just tell me what you want me to do.”
Alisa took a quick glance around to make sure none of the club patrons were in earshot. “I need you to go over there to provide a little distraction.”
Mother took let out a deep sigh as she examined her blood-red, manicured acrylics. “And I’m guessing that by ‘distraction’ you mean fuck his brains out?” She lifted an eyebrow as she waited for her reply.
“Well, you can always just settle with licking his taint if you’d rather do that,” she replied with a shrug. Mother just rolled her eyes but said nothing else, which was a good sign she was on board. She then turned to Todd. “And I need
