known, nor been subjected to. He plays my body like a symphony of orchestrated music and I dance to his tune.
I listen to the voice that sounds so far away, beckoning me to follow him into his brand of darkness that never fails to leave me sated and satisfied.

I unhook her arms, rubbing her wrists to ensure the circulation is sufficient, as I gently release her drugged body. The pain laced pleasure, that I have subjected her to, has caused her body to make a dopamine and endorphin cocktail and, right now, she is higher than a kite. I lay her body gently down onto my bed. I hold her against me, taking in her scent, and I know this is the first time she has ever been in a drug-induced state. I have taken her on her first journey of entering into the realm of sub-space . I am her first. I am her last. I am her everything.
I have come to enjoy playing with her but it goes much deeper than play. She is in my system like I drug I crave and now I need her out of necessity.
You see, I simply will never tire of taking Katrina from being the strong willed survivalist that she is, to my helpless, little, begging victim. I am obsessed with having this woman in my bed. I know Katrina is the type of woman who will never allow a man to have absolute power over her in all areas of her life, but I love knowing that I have that power in the bedroom, even if only for a small period of time. It is a drug to me! Watching her go from a confident and strong willed woman, to a passionate, lust filled creature who cries out for me, and only me, is an experience that I know I will never tire of…The taking of Katrina is like no other pleasure I have ever known. For the first time in my life, I know what it’s like to dominate an Alpha sub—a rare breed of woman I have never encountered before. Knowing how rare she is, I will hold onto her as if she is a coveted jewel—my jewel.

Chapter Fourteen
    Agent Turner
“Ma’am, Ma’am,” she almost doesn’t hear me addressing her as she exits the gym.
“Yes,” she finally answers when she realizes I am speaking to her. She cautiously eyes the clean cut suit I’m wearing. I waste no time showing her a badge and she looks almost paralyzed with fear when she notes the FBI insignia.
“We need to talk,” I inform her as Rene and I lead her to the coffee shop beside the gym that holds her membership.
“You see, Katrina, you have not gone past the point of no return.” I waste no time conversing with her but Rene is just checking her out as I talk. I know my partner and, right now, she is trying to get a read on this woman. I’m making my own assessment and I can already tell that the woman I’m addressing is the total opposite of Novak. What is it with these Russians mobsters? His cousin, Glazov, did the same thing—fell for an American business woman.
I go out of my way to project a sense of calm as I speak to her. I’ll let Rene play the bad cop today. I continue speaking before she has a chance to say anything.
“Mathias Novak, or Carl Sims as you may know him, is a very dangerous man, Katrina. It’s only a matter of time before he pulls you into his web of lies and you are put in grave danger. This is what he did to the last person who crossed him.”
She looks down at the photos I have thrown down on the coffee shop’s table and I immediately discern her fleeting look of recognition as she looks at the man in the pictures. Soon after the vague look telling me she somehow knew the man crosses her face, her expression quickly morphs to one of sheer horror.
If she knows this man, I’m certain he looked different than how he does in these photographs. The man she is viewing now has been beaten to a bloody pulp. His face literally looks like ground hamburger.
I eye the woman who sits before me, studying her, and it doesn’t take a skilled profiler to discern how appalled she is by the images she sees.
I can’t help but feel a wave of compassion towards her,
