They walked up the beach path and into the forest. “I’m
going to show you my house, but it’s not finished yet. I’ve been content to
live in it as is, or at Arden’s or Jamie’s. You can change anything you want in
it. The house, if you like it, will be yours, ours.”
She stopped walking and stared at him. “What! Why would it
be our house?”
He ran his fingers through his short hair and stared

fighting my werewolf to keep from throwing you over my shoulder and taking you

He growled. “These aren’t your favorite clothes, are they?” She’d
barely shaken her head when he continued, “I’ll buy you new ones, of whatever

mouth, she couldn’t say anything, so she just nodded. He growled again, ripping
the clothes from her body. Once she was naked, he seemed to take a breather and
