didn’t question her. She walked around to the front of the couch as he did it. He was hard and erect. He moved to sit down again, but she grabbed his hips and stopped him.
She bent down on her knees in front of him, and cupped one hand around the base of his erection. He growled something she didn’t understand. And when her lips touched his already wet head, he hissed loudly.
He was so big it wasn’t easy to take it all in her mouth, so she licked and sucked the length, getting it wet enough to rub with her hands. He was completely silent, but he observed every move she made.
“Do you want me?” she whispered, as she stuck her tongue out to lick the wetness at the tip.
“Fuck, yes,” he groaned.
“Good, because I’m going to fuck your brains out.” She smirked as she pushed him onto the couch. She removed her panties and her dress while he watched. He still had that look in his eyes she didn’t understand, but when she was naked he couldn’t contain himself any longer. He pulled her toward him and buried his face in her. He licked her until her knees were wobbly and she could barely stand.
That’s when he picked her up and carried her to the bed. He bent her over the bed and took her from behind, shoving all of himself into her, and finding that spot hidden away just for him. After he made her orgasm a dozen more times, they both collapsed onto the bed. He pulled her against him, and she was enveloped in his gorgeous body. “Do you want me?” he asked as he brushed her hair off her face.
“Yes,” she answered truthfully. “Why do you keep asking me?”
“Because I feel like I want you so much that I’m almost not giving you a choice,” he admitted. Then he kissed her shoulder. “I want you so much it scares me.”
“Don’t worry, it’s my choice,” she insisted as she wrapped his hands in hers.
When she woke up the next morning, he was gone.

She wondered in the back of her mind what had happened. She called down to the front desk before she left to make sure the bill was paid, and was told it was taken care of. Then as the day progressed, she realized that she shouldn’t worry about his money situation. He was an adult, and could make his own financial decisions. She wanted to discuss it with her mother after brunch, but instead they had pedicures at a shop near the restaurant, while her father read the newspaper.
She wanted that so much. She wanted to be in love like her parents. They did things for each other, and built a home and a life around it. Her mother didn’t complain that she cooked dinner when she wasn’t working the evening shift, and her father didn’t complain about mowing the grass, taking out the trash, and doing all of the other guy stuff like changing the oil in the car. They both accepted their part in the relationship happily.
She could never see having that with Alex. And after having the best sex she’d ever had in her life with an almost complete stranger, she knew that the problem in their relationship wasn’t her, it was Alex. She would tell him, she decided, as she had a glass of wine and read a novel before bed. She glanced down at her phone before she went to sleep to make sure Ben hadn’t texted her and she’d missed it. She went to sleep thinking of Ben.

The office was eerily quiet when Kaitlyn arrived the next morning. “What’s going on?” she asked one of the other junior associates at the coffee maker.
“Levi Aronson had a heart attack,” he said. “He’s only sixty-five. There’s talk that he’ll retire, and his son will replace him.”
Kaitlyn frowned as she returned to her office. She had no idea how to act when a partner in her law firm had a heart attack. She’d need to call her mother and get the proper etiquette for this situation. She’d never met the man or his partner, so she couldn’t say she was upset about it.
