I was becoming red with embarrassment.
Becca laughed and giggled as she watched me shake my head
with disbelief. “I was your first date,” she then said.
I removed my hands, looked into her eyes.  I gave her a deep
kiss and said, “I love you.”
She kissed me back and said, “We have to get going.”
    “No, stay,” I begged.
“Lyn will be back home soon. Come, put your clothes on,” she
said with a couple of taps on my thighs and stood up.
“You have an advantage over me. You already have your shoes
on,” I said, while still sitting on the bed completely naked.
“Fine, you can stay. I will take the Aston and return it
tomorrow,” she threatened me as she was stepping into her dress. “Zip me up.”
We parked in front of her house a few minutes after one.  I
opened her door, and we walked towards the main door.  I kissed her lips one
more time.  I watched her climb the steps, and as soon as she opened the main
door and before she got in, I ran up the stairs, held her in my arms and kissed
her again.  A car turned from around the curve, so we both went in.  It stopped
in front of my car, and Lyn came out of it.  I hid under the stairs, and Becca went
up.  Lyn had come up the steps quickly, and as she opened the door, she saw
Becca on the first flight.
“Mom! You just came in?”  She asked with a surprise.
“No, I came an hour ago but was checking the fuse box,” she
convincingly answered.
“I have a fuse box?”  Lyn asked.
“Of course you do,” Becca answered, as Lyn approached, “How
was your night?”
“It was fun,” Lyn replied as they continued climbing up the
stairs together. “But the stripper had a small penis,” she said jokingly and
laughed.
“Marilyn, you naughty girl,” Becca snapped.
“How was your night? Will I find a hickey in the morning?”  Lyn
joked, laughing and running up the stairs.
“Noooooooo!” Becca objected and followed Lyn up the stairs. “Yes,
run away! I’m gonna kill you when I catch you!” she called playfully.
A half hour later as I was finishing up the champagne and
the strawberries and thinking about what just happened between me and Becca, I
received a message on my phone, I love you too.

Fly Away

I woke up at around nine, the previous night still fresh in
my mind and the sweet scent of Becca still covering my skin.  I immediately
gave her a call. When she didn’t answer, I sent her a message.  I guessed that
she was tied up in something with Lyn and she was not able to reply. It took me
another half hour of daydreaming and reliving the magic before hitting the
shower.
I checked my phone again as soon as I came out of the
shower, even before drying myself off.  She still didn’t call or responded to
my message.  While still in the nude, dripping all over my bedroom floor, I
called Lyn.
“Hey girl, missed you, what’s up?”  I asked when she picked
up.
“Lover boy, what did you do to my mom?” she asked.
“I didn’t do anything to her. What happened?”  She got me
worried.
“I’ve never seen her happier in my life,” she said.
“Oh! Nice to hear. So where is she? I tried to call her an
hour ago, and she didn’t answer,” I said, concerned.
“She left for Connecticut,” she said abruptly.
“Did she say why?”  I was surprised.
“Dunno, she didn’t say.”  She said and then she added, “Her
stuff is still here.”
“Ok, I will stop by in an hour.  Can I bring you anything?”
I asked.
“Nope, see ya!”  She said and hung up.
Well, since Becca left her stuff there, it only meant that
she would be back soon.  I guessed she had something scheduled to do that day.
Also, Lyn said that she was happy, so there was nothing to worry about.  What I
feared most is for her to start having second thoughts.
Brushing away my insecurities, I got dressed and went into
Dad’s cellar and found a 1987 Bordeaux. It was a great year, as Nick would put
it.  Joe sent me a message earlier asking
