shock.
I go to speak, but the look Alison is giving me, I snap my mouth shut. Damn it .
Blaze walks up to Porsche and yells at her, “You. Are. A. Fucking. Bitch.”
What I hear next makes my heart beat so fast. Alison has tears in her eyes. “I can’t believe I fell for your lies. I knew you couldn’t be with one woman. I can’t compete with all these women that throw themselves at you. I’m happy that I realized this now before it was too late.”
Alison turns to leave. Fuck, no! No! I don’t want her to leave. I have to talk to her, and she needs to know nothing happened. Shit .
“Porsche, get the fuck out, NOW!” I roar.
I can’t let Alison leave without hearing what I have to say. I grab a hold of her arm and she turns and stares at me.
“Please stay. It is not what you think. I don’t want her, Peaches. I never did. I want you. Fuck, I want you to understand that nothing will happen between Porsche and me, EVER again. What happened with Porsche is in the past. Please baby. Don’t leave.”
I’m praying she believes me. If she leaves here and doesn’t listen to what I have said, I know for a fact that I lost any chance I had with her. I don’t think I can live with myself knowing I hurt her before we had a chance to see where this goes.
I see someone move behind Alison. Blaze is still standing there. I tip my head up, giving him a ‘What the fuck are you still doing here’ look.
He leaves without saying a word. I’m sure he will be talking with me later about this whole fucking mess.
“Peaches, I swear to you. I don’t want Porsche.”
“What about all the other women, Ace? How can I compete with all the women? I don’t think I can.”
“I DON’T WANT ANY OTHER WOMAN BUT YOU! Alison, how many times do I have to repeat myself? I am a man of my word. I want you and only you. I am drawn to you like a bee is to honey.”
Fuck, I hope she knows how sincere I am because I’m pouring my heart out here and she is looking at me without blinking. What is she thinking?
Alison steps on her tiptoes and whispers into my ear, “You better not mess this up. I’m giving you a chance to prove yourself. Please don’t make me regret it.”
I’m so fucking happy to hear her say those words. She’s giving me a chance. Before she can say anything else, I grab her by the waist lifting her off the floor and whipping her around. “Oh God Peaches, thank you so much for this chance. I promise you won’t regret it”.
Putting my hands on each side of her face, I lean down to give her a soft kiss. She moans, and it goes straight to my groin. I want her with me tonight. I want her to sleep in my bed with me where she belongs.
“Stay with me tonight, Peaches. I want you in my bed.”
I can see by the way she is acting that she isn’t too sure about staying the night with me. Her eyes are wide with worry, and she’s biting her lip nervously. I want to put her mind at ease. “Only to sleep, nothing more. I don’t want to rush you into anything you’re not ready for. I just want you close.”
Sucking in a quick breath, I wait to see what she decides. Her lips part and her breathing is heavier. Her eyes are dark with lust. Shit, she is going to kill me. Come hell or high water I am not going to have sex with her tonight.
I want it to be special for her, and I won’t be fucking her. She is the type of woman that needs to be made love to.
She finally speaks. “Ace, I’m sorry, but I don’t feel right staying the night. Not tonight anyway. After everything, I just want to go home. I hope you understand.”
She’s standing there with her eyes down and biting her lip. I am a little disappointed that she doesn’t want to stay the night with me, but at the same time, I understand. I don’t want to push her.
She opens her mouth to speak but then closes it; looking lost in thought.
“Peaches, what’s wrong?” She looks me in the eye and I can tell she’s worried about saying what she has to
