looked at her and then at Nate, and he seemed to be struggling. Ty’s gaze locked with Nate’s. She was unable to decipher the look that passed between the two.
    “No!” Ty started to say.
Nate interrupted, “Ashton, honey, no. You aren’t running. If you are scared, you can talk to us, but you aren’t going to just walk away from us. I realize we didn’t point-blank explain to you that we wanted more than last night, but that’s our fault, and we will rectify that right now.
“Ty and I want to be with you. I know—we know—that it might seem sudden, so we are willing to slow things down for you to have the chance to get to know us. We understand that you don’t come from our lifestyle so you don’t move as quickly as the relationships in BDSM tend to move, however we are willing to give you time to get used to us, and our growing relationship.
“But you will not run. If you try, we will take turns paddling your ass and fucking you without letting you come. You will gain pleasure, but no relief. You will talk to us instead of taking off on us like a scared rabbit.”
Ashton was so stunned at his outburst, but she felt so conflicted in her feelings, wanting only to be with them, and yet she couldn’t help but be afraid of them losing interest or moving on to someone else. She loved how they made her feel, but this was different. Could she do this? Could she take a chance on this unusual relationship?
Seeing Ty visibly fighting against what looked like pain and anger, she felt compelled to go to him and offer comfort. Ashton curled an arm around his waist and leaned her head into his chest.
Feeling Nate approach, she curled her other arm around his waist. Holding them both close to her, she enjoyed the moment of having them in her arms. Both cheeks warmed from resting on the ridged torso and the muscles bunched and shifted as the men embraced her, crushing the three of them together.
Ty cupped her chin in his large hand, lifting her face. He appeared to be struggling to find the right words. “I—we—want this with you. Don’t run. Please just give us time to show you this can be good. I know what we want from you is unconventional, but not one of your so-called normal friends will ever be as well loved or well taken care of as you will always be. You will have two men pleasuring, loving, adoring, and taking care of you for as long as you will allow us—forever if it’s left up to us. I know you aren’t ready to hear that, but I needed to say it. When you’re ready for the words you have only to say so and they’ll be yours.”
She let quiet tears fall, and when she could get out something beyond a croak, she made a decision and said, “I want to try and see where this will go, but I don’t want a vanilla relationship with either of you. Please don’t take this the wrong way, but I’ve tried vanilla and it doesn’t work with one man and one woman. I certainly don’t think it will work with two men and one woman. Let’s try your way, but with the condition I can halt or slow down anytime I feel like everything is moving too fast or I’m afraid.” As she finished, she was physically trembling.
Nate grabbed her hand and his thumb rubbing softly over her knuckles, offering gentle comfort. Leading them over to the couch, he sat and had Ty sit beside him. He pulled her into their laps, her bottom resting on his lap and her legs across Ty’s. Fingering a tear trail on her face, he smiled and said, “That sounds more than reasonable, doesn’t it, Ty?”
“Yes, whatever it takes for you to give this relationship a chance,” Ty gruffly acknowledged.
“I was supposed to go on this trip, but maybe I could let another nurse take it,” Ashton admitted.
“The key to this kind of relationship is trust. Tell us the truth, Ashton. You weren’t committed to this trip, were you? You were using it as an excuse to run away from us, weren’t you?” Nate asked, putting him back in the true Dom
