Cutter 5: Red Sin Mc
closing the distance between the two of us again. “And
I’m never going to leave you, Grace. No matter what. I don’t care if you make a
million shady deals with my father, I don’t ever want to be without you again.”
    Tears filled her
eyes. “I love you, I love you so much.”
    I crushed my lips
against hers, forgetting about her injuries until she winced at my contact. I
pulled away from her. “Shit, baby, I’m sorry.” I took my hand away from her,
not wanting to cause her any more pain.
    She closed her
eyes and leaned into me. “Say it again.”
    “What?” I smirked.
“Baby?”
    She nodded and
smiled, turning her head up toward me. “I don’t ever want you to stop kissing
me again.” She ran her hands up and down my chest and slipped them up my shirt
so that she could run her fingers back and forth over my stomach muscles. “God,
I swear you’re like made of plastic or something,” she told me, blushing.
    Yup, same old
Grace.
    I took her hand
out of my shirt and kissed it. “Trust me, I’m not.”
    Her skin felt so
soft and silky, leave it to Grace to look sexy even in a hospital bed. “God, I
almost forgot how beautiful you are,” I said, making her blush even more. “Did
they… I mean I know you probably don’t want to talk about it but I need to
know, Grace, did anyone do anything to you while you were there before
tonight?” I paused. “Did anyone touch you?”
    She knew what I
was asking, I wanted to know if anyone had done anything to her sexually so
that I could beat the living shit out of them. I inhaled deeply, not trusting
myself to remain cool with whatever answer she gave me. Not that it would ever
change the way I looked at Grace, I loved her no matter what had happened to
her during that time. No, it was whoever it was that had put their hands on her
that I didn’t trust myself with. I would lose my fucking shit if someone hurt
her in that way.
    Grace shook her
head slowly. “No, no, nothing like that happened.”
    Relief washed over
me as I let the air out of my lungs. “Are you sure?”
    “Yes, yes.” She
shook her head. “Of course, I’m sure. They didn’t bother me much; they were
just keeping me safe until their President got back. He wanted me to be the
first one to… break me in.”
    I balled my hands
up. “I’ll kill him.”
    “Nothing happened,
though.” She motioned me closer to her, rubbing her hand all over me. “You made
it there in time, you saved me from everything,” she bit down on her swollen lip.
“And the only person I want to break me in is you.”
    “Is that right?” I
smirked and climbed into bed with her, holding her close to my chest. “Well,
there will be plenty of time for that.” And there would be, I’d been sexually
frustrated without Grace for weeks, but not so much that I would have
considered hooking up with anyone else. Nobody seemed to compare to her for me.
    “You didn’t fuck
around with anyone else, then?” She asked me like she could read my mind. She
said it so softly that I almost didn’t hear her. I could feel her skin turning
red before I even looked at her.
    She was nervous,
nervous that I’d found someone to take her place.
    “Of course, I
didn’t fuck around with anyone else, Grace.” I kissed the top of her head.
“Don’t be silly, you were the only thing I could think about in case you didn’t
notice.”
    She ran her hand
over my face. “Yeah, you look a little… grungy.”
    I laughed loudly.
“I look a little grungy? Is that a nice way of saying that I look dirty?” I
moved even closer to her, not wanting to risk being apart from her for even a
split second.
    She laughed back
and nuzzled into me. “I don’t care what you look like, I just care that you’re
here and that you forgive me for everything that has happened.” She ran her
fingers up and down my arms like she couldn’t believe that she was really
touching me.
    I knew how she
felt because I was going through the same thing.
