As he sank into the water, LeeAnn had to drag her gaze away from it, but nowhere she looked was any better. The man was a dazzling display of eye candy if ever there was one.
“So this is how you keep your body in such perfect condition,” he said in a low rumble. “Had I known, I’d have shown you here personally.”
“It’s the only demanding physical activity I get. Helps me think.” Or keeps me from thinking .
Fionn moved closer to her. LeeAnn knew she should retreat, should haul her ass out of that trap before he reached her. But she didn’t. Instead, she stood there in breathless anticipation.
“Then perhaps I need to make sure you have another activity to occupy your time. Something just as vigorous. Something to get that blood pumping.” The wicked gleam in his eye—as well as his straining cock—told her exactly what he was about to do. And LeeAnn knew she was going to let him.
Pulling her into his arms, Fionn found her lips with his, holding her body tightly against his. LeeAnn couldn’t stop the little whimper that escaped. It was no wonder, either. Those firm lips moved over hers, his tongue darting inside her mouth perfectly. Lord, the man could kiss! If she hadn’t already been in lust with him, just that wonderful kiss could have melted her resolve. Knowing what else he could do with that tongue only made it worse. If she were smart, she’d remember he was a dangerous man from a dangerous family. Instead, she met his advances with demands of her own. Fionn could do anything with her—to her—and she was helpless to stop him.
One of his big hands found her breast, his thumb feathering lightly over the wet nipple. Lightly, he pinched the puckered flesh, tugging until she squealed. LeeAnn let herself simply absorb the sensations he was effortlessly creating. Her body was his to play with, no matter that her mind was screaming that this could be bad for her. She simply had no willpower where he was concerned. It was as if all the drive she used to focus herself on her work, to push through difficult problems and solve them no matter the cost, had deserted her. This was quite possibly the most important fight of her life and she was willingly surrendering.
    What the hell?
Letting her head fall back, LeeAnn simply enjoyed what Fionn did to her. There was no doubt she’d enjoy anything he chose to subject her to. Why fight it? She was helpless to resist anyway.
As if he read her mind, Fionn urged her to wrap her legs around him as he deepened the kiss. In some kind of sexual haze, LeeAnn was vaguely aware of him moving her to the side of the pool before setting her on the cool tile. With a hand in the center of her chest, Fionn urged her to lie back. He stood between her spread thighs, wrapping his arms around them to pull her bottom over the edge. Before she could do more than gasp, Fionn dipped his head between her legs and latched on to her cunt.
LeeAnn moaned as she tunneled her fingers through his hair, holding her to him. Now that he knew what she liked, LeeAnn was sure he was using it against her. Everything that had driven her crazy before, he did again now. The man obviously paid close attention. Was this just another weapon? Probably. But even knowing that, LeeAnn couldn’t make herself do anything to stop him. She craved these sensations with everything in her.

Fionn had killed tonight. Come to LeeAnn with blood on his hands. He’d coldly broken the neck of the woman who’d gotten most of Shannon’s girls hooked on one drug or another. Replacing the majority of his informants—who happened to all be sex workers—would be a chore for Shannon, but Magda, or Magda Magpie as they’d called her, was dead. Fionn didn’t like killing women but this one had more than deserved it. She’d gotten off easy as far as Fionn was concerned. Unlike several of the girls who’d overdosed, she had died quickly without knowing it was coming. The slight crack as Fionn twisted her head
