to a room in the back and then I’ll need a few minutes to prepare for your examination. Remember, I expect your cooperation.” He trailed a finger down her cheek. “This is for your own good, but I can make it pleasurable for you as well. But before I take you to the room, we have some necessary business to attend to.”
Guiding her past the reception area and down the hallway with a hand pressed firmly to her back, he brought her to a bathroom and instructed her to pee in a cup. She flushed and looked at the plastic cup with trepidation. “Do I really have to?”
“Yes. You can leave the cup on the shelf beside the toilet when you’re finished. Don’t be embarrassed, Melissa. This is the most necessary part of your exam, I’m afraid.”
He waited outside for her to emerge. Finally, he heard the toilet flush and the sink running. When she walked into the hallway she refused to meet his eyes.
“Well?” he asked. “Did you do it?”
“Yes, sir.” Her tone was grudging.
“Good girl. Now, follow me.” He took her to a room at the end of the narrow hallway, flicked the lights on, and nodded at the paper covered examination table.
“Do I, um, need to take anything off?” Her voice trembled.
The swell of her breasts in her formfitting dress enticed him, and his gaze swept over her as he considered her question. He stood taller and pinned her with an authoritative look. “Remove your dress, and your panties too.” He’d taken great pleasure in picking out her panties after her bath, but now he couldn’t wait for her to take them off. “I want to find you sitting on that table, completely nude, when I return in a few minutes.”
“Y-yes, sir,” she stammered, keeping her gaze low. Her hands trembled at her sides, and she clasped them in front of her and started twisting them together again, as she’d done at his house earlier. He found her nervous habit endearing.
    “I’ll be back soon.”
His first order of business was to check her urine sample with a rapid test strip. The ten minutes of waiting was agony, but he decided to wait until he had the results before returning to her. Fortunately the test was negative. Her bastard ex-fiancé hadn’t given her any diseases. Thank God. After donning his white doctor’s coat, he gathered up a clear plastic speculum, a large bottle of lube, and a rectal thermometer. He returned to her room, eager to share the good news about her test results, and also eager to learn if she’d obeyed his orders.
Wide eyes greeted him when he opened the door. She appeared startled by his entrance, and her hands flew up to cover her bare breasts. One stern glance from him encouraged her to place her hands back on the table. The paper crinkled as she squirmed. He stared at her, smitten with her delicate beauty and sudden bashfulness. She’d all but begged him to stroke her pussy during her spanking as she’d grinded over his lap, completely wanton and desperate to be touched. Judging by her rapid breaths, flushed face, and hard, jutting nipples as she fidgeted on the table, she remained deep in her distress.
He sat the lubrication, thermometer, and speculum down on a tray and approached his naughty little patient. Stroking her hair from her face, he watched as she shivered and grinned darkly when her breath caught.
    “Look at me, Melissa.”
Those nervous blue eyes met with his, and he was lost in her gaze for a moment, unable to speak as the rest of the world faded. There was something about her that beckoned him to claim her, to mark her in some primal way and carry her back to his cabin to keep forever. No woman had ever roused such intense feelings of protectiveness within him. The strong emotions jarred him and caused his throat to burn.
“I am very proud of you for obeying my instructions.” He gazed down at her nakedness as he spoke.
    “Thank you, sir.”
“I have good news. I performed a rapid test for STIs on your urine sample and it came back negative.
