all the
space? This place has twenty levels not counting the ground floor. That’s a lot
of turf for nine people?” I don’t think the Boss-lady liked my line of
questioning, but begrudgingly she answered, “We only make use of the surface
and eight of the first nine levels. This compound was originally a place for
weapons research. Nothing I can discuss officially, or unofficially. We filled
levels sixteen through twenty with concrete when this base was repurposed,
level fifteen is lead-filled, and we sealed levels ten through fourteen up as a
buffer zone. We test the area monthly; I promise it’s all safe. Level eight is
also a buffer zone to some extent, and also where we store our biological
production line. The production line will be housing synthetic enemy combatants
for your training sessions.” I nodded; at least she’s giving me some answers.
Elizabeth hit a button, “Penny Cooper, to the
briefing room.” After a few minutes, I heard the doorknob turned, and opened
slowly. A tan arm held it open. A beautiful gold bracelets twined from her wrist up to her elbow. The arm was so small that if not for the
bracelet I would have thought it was a little girl about to step inside, but I
was so incredibly wrong.
She glided in, and I couldn’t breathe. She was tiny but
beautiful. At best, she was five feet tall, and that was in heels, with deep
red hair that stopped just at her shoulders, full pouting lips with just a hint
of an overbite. There was a gold necklace resting between two large, full, and
I must say perfect breasts. Penny wore a white sundress with red roses on it
that almost forced you eyes back to take another
glance at her silky red hair. The dress stopped just at her knees. Smooth, tan
legs stretched down to the floor White sandals twined their way up and tied off
in a perfect little knot at the center of her calf, but after all that I was
still leaving out the best part, two of the most beautiful, bright green eyes
I’d ever seen. Looking into those two emeralds made me feel weak.
“Hello, I’m Penny Cooper, Vampire, World of Warcraft addict, and hater of all things Twilight related.”
God she’s just beautiful, I could just…wait did she say vampire? “Excuse me
ma’am, could you repeat that please?”
“I’m Penny Cooper.” She said with a broad smile.
Beautiful white teeth flashed across her face. I must have heard her wrong the
first time. I stood up, trying not to give away the straining bulge in my
pants. I was definitely glad I didn’t wear the shorts. Right now, it would have
been like shining a neon sign that said hello Mr. Boner! That is definitely not
how I want to make a first impression with this…goddess. “Hello Ma’am, can I
call you Penny?” My Texas accent thickened as it always does when I find a
woman attractive. It’s not something I do on purpose, and unfortunately the
more attractive the woman is the deeper my accent grew. Currently I was
sounding in between country hick, and “you gotta perty mouth.” It was embarrassing, and I felt my face flush
a little.
Those sexy red lips turned up into a smile that could
brighten anyone’s day. “Of course Sergeant Reaper, or would
you prefer Joseph, or maybe Joe?” I started to answer that she could
call me anything she wanted, but DD interrupted. “He also goes by Grimmy . Isn’t that just adorable?” Great, I’m going to
forever be called Grimmy . It sounded like what Sesame
Street would name the muppet Grim Reaper. Ms. Mann
and the Doctor both looked as though they ate a lemon, but Penny smiled sweet
and kindly. “ Grimmy ” She said, and it was the most
beautiful sound I’ve ever heard. I couldn’t help myself when I gave her a big
moony smile. She giggled, her large chest jiggled, drawing my eyes down to her
cleavage. I was still trying to be professional, but it was like jingling shiny
keys in front of a
