Rules of Love
was the only thing Amber managed to say.
Jason had her head spinning as he continued to thrust in and out of her. Amber’s legs weakened as they shook. The orgasm could be felt from her head to her toes. Jason wrapped his arm around her waist and held her.
â€œI love you,” she thought she heard Jason say as they climaxed together.
Her mind could have been playing tricks on her too, so she didn’t bring it up. Instead, she wanted to enjoy the last few hours of being secluded in their hotel room.
Two hours later, they were seated next to each other on the plane headed back to Los Angeles.
The same flight attendant served them.
â€œSo, did you enjoy Vegas?” the flight attendant asked Jason.
Jason looked at Amber and then back at the flight attendant. He picked up Amber’s hand and held it up. “I sure did.”
The smile on the flight attendant’s face disappeared. “Is that a wedding ring?”
Amber held her hand out and leaned closer toward her. “Yes. It’s beautiful, isn’t it?”
â€œIt’s nice. Real nice,” she stuttered.
    Amber laughed inside.
Jason said, “We did it. We tied the knot.”
â€œI didn’t even know you were a couple.”
Jason wrapped his arm around Amber’s shoulders. “Now you do.”
â€œEnjoy your flight,” she snapped before walking away to assist another person.
Amber laughed. “See, I told you she was trying to flirt with you. Now she can report to the others that you are off-limits. Because Jason Lewis, as long as we are married, you are all mine. I don’t share. So tell all of those women you’ve been messing with, you are now off the market.”
â€œWhat other women? The moment I met you, they no longer existed in my world.”
â€œGood answer.” Amber gave Jason a quick peck on the lips.
When she caught the flight attendant looking in their direction, the peck turned into a long, sensual kiss. Amber then winked at the flight attendant before leaning back in her seat and looking out the window. Jason grabbed her hand and held it as the plane headed to their home destination.

Chapter Twelve
â€œThere they are,” Jason heard someone shout the moment they stepped inside the airport.
â€œAmber, I think we’re about to be in a media storm. So smile and hold on to my arm. I got this, okay, baby?”
â€œI don’t know if I’m ready for this. My brother’s the one who’s always in the news, not me.”
â€œYou are. Just smile and keep looking forward. Do you have any sunglasses?”
â€œYes.” Amber fumbled through her purse. She replaced her glasses with her sunglasses.
â€œRemember, smile. Don’t let go of my arm.”
Jason was right in his assessment. The cameramen who were lined up were waiting on them.
â€œAmber, how does your dad feel about your unexpected wedding?” one of the reporters asked.
â€œAmber, are you pregnant? Is that why you rushed to get married?”
â€œJason, how does it feel to make the news?”
Jason could feel Amber slowing down, so he slowed down too. “Just keep walking and smiling,” Jason whispered to Amber.
â€œI’m trying not to hit one of these reporters,” she said between clenched teeth.
â€œI know what you mean,” Jason responded.
The reporters followed them until airport security intervened.
â€œIt’s about time. You guys need to do a better job of stopping the vultures,” Amber complained.
â€œMa’am, we’re sorry,” one of the guards responded.
â€œCome on, babe.” Jason held Amber’s hand as they each pulled their individual suitcases.
When they arrived at the parking garage, Jason hit a button on his keys, and the sound of an alarm chirped. He hit another button for the trunk. The back of a black sports car opened up.
â€œThis is nice,” Amber said. “I like
