entrance to her pussy.
“Nothing at all. I'm open to
you, Sir.”
“Bullshit.”
His brows pinched together. “You were open to me, and now you're hiding. Why?”
“I'm
doing as you asked. What am I doing wrong?” She knew he didn't want the rest of
her. She was here for training. That's all.
He
pushed his fingers deeper into her body, pulsing over her point of pleasure. A
tremor stole through her body.
“I
talked you into training me. That's all you agreed to, and now I'm submitting.”
“You
think you talked me into this, and now you're just giving me what you think I
want?”
“Yes, absolutely.”
His
hand pulled from her body, and he yanked them both to standing. With a firm
hold around her neck, he used his thumb to push her chin, forcing her gaze to
his.
“That's
not how this works, Janna. You can't pick and choose which parts of you are offered.”
His nostrils flared, and he tightened his hold. “What is it with you? Is this
some kind of game? First you trick me into—”
“I
didn't trick you. I was willing, and you agreed to the scene.” Their scene in
the club was a highlight in her life, and he thought of it as a trick. Her eyes
pinched, forcing the pain away. She rocked against his hold.
“You
asked me to train you, and, against my better judgment, I agreed. Now, what do
you want from me?”
A
tear tumbled down her cheek. He ignored the first, and she couldn't stop the
next.
“I
want you to forgive me. You said you'd forgive me. I want...” She closed her
eyes, and a few more pathetic tears dribbled down her face.
“Eyes
open now, get the rest out.” His fingers caressed her neck and then tightened.
“I
want you to treat me like I'm yours.” She got it out. It might not have been
louder than a whisper, but it was out. She wasn't hiding behind half-truths
anymore.
“Why me? You don't even
know me.”
“I
know enough to start.” She pushed at the wetness covering her cheek. “I can't
stand you not wanting me or thinking I'm a liar.” She widened her stance. “I
want to submit to your demands, because you want it so, not because you're
training me. I'm sorry. I don't understand this cold veneer you stand behind.”
She
pulled herself from his hold a little too easily. It only took a couple steps
to get out of his reach.
“I'm
sorry this didn't work out. I'll contact Charlie. Maybe she can set up a meet
for Friday and I'll be off your hands.”
“Now,
wait a minute.”
“I'm
sorry for the trouble I've caused you. I get it now.” She stepped closer to the
door and her escape route. “I shouldn't have put you in this position.”
“Would
you just hold on for a minute? Stop running from me.”
She
stopped moving.
“Get
back over here. I didn't release you.”
She
pivoted on the balls of her feet, and he pointed to the space in front of him.
She squeezed in between Simon and the desk. He leaned forward and forced her
back. She rested her elbows on the desk and knocked her head into his laptop. He
pushed it away.
Silently
he opened her blouse. Her bra had a front closure, and he released it as well.
She flicked off her shoes and pulled up her feet to rest them on the edge of
the desk. He grabbed hold of her pussy and returned her to the moment and his
control.
Long
seconds ticked by as he watched her. Was he making a decision about her, or had
he done it already? She bit her lip. Vulnerability rolled in waves over her.
Simon had exposed her in a whole new way. Why was she letting him do this to
her?
“Maybe
I’m giving you a hard time because I’ve been hurt before by lies.” He looked
like a judge deciding her fate.
“I’m
sorry, Sir.”
“Thank
you.” He flexed his fingers, reminding her of her position. “Here's where I
stand. I do believe your actions weren’t meant to be manipulative, and I'll
stop bringing it up.” His eyes raked over her, and flames licked through her
body. “But don't think I'll let you get away with lies by omission
