you for all you’ve done for me. Go now.”
Akira kissed her on the forehead, “I’ll see you later.”

Coco laughed, “It will be much later.”
Akira walked out of the hospital and flagged down a taxi to go to the lounge. Like always the traffic was crazy, and with the rain, it made it even worst.
The taxi pulled in front of the lounge, he paid his fare and got out. It was still early, most of the guys were still getting ready for the night.
Akira found Hakaru in the office giving the once over two new guys that was hired. He had just sat down when his cell phone ranged. When he answered, it was Coco’s parent’s calling to tell him know that she had passed away.
He hung up the cell phone and sat there in shock. Dead? Coco was dead? She seemed OK, a little tired when he left. But, she seemed just OK. And now she’s gone. He let out a deep sigh.
He must have been immersed in thought because he didn’t hear Hakaru talking to him, “Hey, are you OK? Akira what’s going on?”
Hakaru leaned forward and snapped his finger to get Akira’s attention.
“I’m OK. The call was about Coco.” he replied slowly, “she just died.”

“What! Wow.”
“I just left the hospital from seeing her. And now that I think about it. She must have known that she was going to die.”
“What do you mean?” Hakaru asked, lighting a cigarette only to have Akira take it from him. Akira took a long pull on it. ‘This must have certainly shook Akira,’ Hakaru thought, ‘Akira hadn’t smoked in three years!’
“I told her that I would see her later. She said, much later. And that I didn’t need to visit anymore.’ I didn’t realize what she was talking about.
I should have stayed.”
“There was nothing you could have done.”
“I know. I just can’t believe she’s gone.”
Akira got up and looked at the cigarette wondering how it got into his hand.
“I need to go see Deanna. Do you need to go over anything with me?”
Akira asked as he put the cigarette out.
Hakaru could see that Akira was troubled over Coco’s death. He patted Akira on the back as he walked out of the office.

“Do worry everything is under control. You just get yourself together.
Tell Deanna hello for me.”

Chapter 8
“Do you think she’ll like it?” Akira asked while looking in his mirror, fidgeted with his hair.
“Yes, she’ll love it.” Hakaru answered in a huff, “how many times are you going to ask?”
Akira turned and looked at Hakaru, “As many times as I want. Well at least until I’ve convinced myself that she will like it.” wiping away the stray hairs from Akira’s white Hugo Boss suit. He then fixed the lilac tie and pocket hanky.
Hakaru looked at Akira and laughed, “You got it bad. Why don’t you just calm down, everything is going to be alright.”
Akira smiled a weak smile in return. Hakaru was right, he needed to calm down. He promised Deanna that he would stop male hosting and get into a more respectable profession. So he leased the place next door and opened a night club. When he told her, she was pleased with the trade off.
Although he still was part owner the lounge, he left Hakaru to run the place.
Just then there was a knock on the office door. Akira gave himself the once over before he answered.

“Come in.”
When the door opened, Deanna walked in wearing an all white leather strapless dress with lilac colored strappy heels. She wore her hair twisted at the back of her hair and held in place with two lilac colored sticks.
He smiled and gave her a kiss on the cheek, “ You made it. And you look stunning, Is that a Donna Karin?”
Deanna smiled and nodded her head, still amazed her how well he knew his designers.
“I’m ready for my surprise.”
Akira gave her a loving kiss, “Ok, let’s go.” as he opened the office door for her. Before they left the lounge, Akira blind folded Deanna.
“I hope this is
