laughing.
Adika walked over to us, which caused Izra to start growling. I nudged him because I didn’t want Jalesa to hear it.
“Would you chill out?” I asked him.
“That bitch rubs me the wrong way,” Izra said to me.
“Hey, lover, you don’t love me anymore?” Adika asked, throwing her arms around Izra’s neck. He grabbed her arms then moved them from around his neck.
“I’m no longer interested,” he said. Adika laughed, kissed his lips then walked out of the store.
“That witch must have gotten ahold of some type of voodoo,” Izra said. Kanya walked over to us with Jalesa following behind her. Amadi lustfully stared at Jalesa’s hips. “Thirsty-ass nigga,” Izra said, laughing.
“Izra and Amadi, this is one of my sales women. Her name is Jalesa. Jalesa, these are my brothers-in-law,” Kanya introduced them.
“Hello, it’s nice to meet you,” Jalesa said with her hand out. Izra shook her hand, but Amadi froze.
Shake her hand ! I shouted inside of Amadi’s head. Amadi took Jalesa’s hand then kissed it. “How are you doing today, beautiful?” Amadi asked Jalesa.
Amadi is making me nervous. He is too attractive , Jalesa panicked inside of her head.
Amadi started smiling. “Can I have a few minutes of your time to talk? I was admiring you when you first came in. Your hair is stunning, by the way,” he said, smoothly. Jalesa blushed shyly then walked to the other side of the store with Amadi following behind her.
Her scent smells better than all of my oils combined , Amadi thought.
“Amadi got game after all,” Kanya said.
“He got that shit from me. That nigga stole my lines,” Izra fussed.
“The lies you tell, Izra. ‘Damn, girl, you got a phat ass’ is more so your speed. You need to learn from my baby Goonie and Amadi because your player card has been revoked,” Kanya teased Izra.
“Very funny, but bro, did she just call your big, mean ass Goonie?” Izra asked me. I shrugged my shoulders as I continued to lay the jewelry down in the showcase.

We worked all day to get the store in order. There were a few things that still needed to be done.
Everyone left except for Kanya and I. “We have our photo shoot tomorrow,” Kanya said.
                        “For what?” I asked her.
“Advertisement. Beastly Treasures is elegant with a little dark side to it, almost like us,” she said.
“Knock yourself out, but I’m warning you, do not wake me up just so I can get a picture taken. Now, let’s go hunt; I’m starving,” I told her.

    *****
Kanya and I roamed around deep into the woods. I picked up a scent of a male deer. Kanya growled when she sniffed the air; there was a wolf in the woods on our territory.

There is another wolf in our woods , I said to her.
I can smell him , she replied.
The sound of bushes rustling started, and a loud growl echoed throughout the woods. I smelled blood; the wolf had gotten to our meal. I ran towards the scent of blood in full speed. Down by a small lake, there was a brown and black wolf feasting on a deer. Two more wolves appeared from out of nowhere. Before I could warn Kanya, she was beside me crouching down.
