A nice model may cost a little more, but your pressure cooker will be your new best friend. You are worth it. The more functions it has, the handier your cooker will be.
    A pressure cooker with a ceramic liner is nice but cast iron and metal ones are nice as well. The type really just depends on you and your style. Have fun picking it out; it’s going to improve your life.
