it over the years, with how many times we've had to knock some assholes into line.
As we make our way outside I look around for any sign of Liv and Cindy. They're sitting on some chairs that are just past the patio. They seem to have formed an instant friendship as they laugh together. I watch as the guys make their way over to them, holding back because I don’t want to jump the gun and embarrass Liv. I have a feeling that if I do that I'm never gonna hear the end of it. I must admit, I'm also a little curious how she handles herself with these guys. They certainly won't be the last and I wont always be around. The minute they step outta line though, I'm gonna be over there like a shot. I hold Brady back and watch from the sidelines. I know Brady's itching to get over there since his girl is there too but I don’t wanna go starting fights with half my teammates if it's not needed.
I watch as Chris starts talking to the girls while leaning against the nearby tree. Neither girl looks impressed by whatever the douche is saying. I realize how flawed my plan is considering I can't even hear what's being said. Just as I begin to make my way over there, the asshole puts his arm around Liv, pulling her towards him. As I reach them and begin to hear what's going on, my blood starts to boil.
"Listen, i definitely think me and you should go somewhere less busy, get some alone time. You have no idea the shit I'd do to you." As Chris is talking, Liv looks completely calm, though her balled up fists are a giveaway that she's anything but.
I'm just about to step in and knock the creep on his ass when Liv pulls out of his arms and knees him right in the weiner. The dude goes down like a sack of potatoes, his face scrunched up.
"Touch me again fucker and I'll fucking cut your little pin dick right off." Man, my girl's got fire and its hot as fuck.
Chris slowly lifts himself up, cradling what I'm sure are bruised balls. The color drains from his face when he notices me and Brady striding towards him.
"The chicks crazy dude. I didn’t even-" He doesn’t get a chance to finish his sentence since he's too busy falling back on his ass after my fist smashes into his face.
"Don’t fucking touch her again. Don’t talk to her, don’t look at her, don’t even fucking breathe near her or I swear I'll make your kick to the balls seem like fucking play time."
At this point, we have quite the audience around us, nosy fuckers. Brady grabs Cindy and Liv pulling them back and taking up a protective stance in front of them. Some of the jackass' friends try to peel him off the floor. I turn to Brady and the girls.
"Come on, lets get outta here."
Everyone nods their agreement as we make our way towards the side gate. Tucker comes striding out of the house, obviously hearing that shit just went down.
"Travers, what the fucks going on man?"
"Ask Chris, by the way bro, next time you invite me to a party make sure the douche nozzle isnt here. If I gotta hand his ass to him on a plate again, I'm gonna make that shit permanent."
"No probs man, I'll throw him out with the rest of the trash. Fuck knows who all these fucking people are." He says as he makes his way over to the slowly dispersing crowd.
We make our way to the front of the house, Brady, deciding he's gonna go get some with his girl, leaves me and Liv alone. I open the passenger door for her as she climbs in before going round to the drivers side. She's quiet as I start the car and a feeling of guilt washes over me. I should never have fucking stood there, I should have told the fucker to fuck off as soon as I saw him go near her.
"Listen, I'm really sorry about tonight."
"It's ok, wasn’t your fault. Why'd you hit him? I'd already dealt with it."
"Cause he shouldn’t be touching you." Just the thought of him with his hands on her, hell, anyone with their hands on her has me gripping the steering wheel hard.
She nods then goes silent again. She's so damn expressive most of the
