    “HELEN keep talking don’t go to sleep yet, we nearly there honey , how old are you? Where do you work?”
    “I’m nineteen . How old are you?”
    “I’m twenty-two, keep talking Helen…” but she slips into sleep   
     
           “Helen we here, can you walk?” and waking her from her sleep. She feels cold and shakily getting out of his car and leans on him for support. She feels stiff and she needs to call her parents, she wants her mum .
    “I’m o.k. you can go home as soon as we go in , I will call my mum and thank you for your help” she is truly thankful for his help, he been so kind helping her
    “ Don’t be daft, we have you checked out first then we see” lifting her in his arms as she shakes from the cold and heading towards Accident and Emergency and going past the reception window and typing in a code into the keypad and going straight in.
    “ Perks of the trade Helen” he laughs at her and lays her on an empty trolley.
    “ Wait there I will go and get someone” He returns a few minutes later with a doctor.
    “ You lucky you got friends here, we are packed tonight but anything for a mate” the doctor says
    “ So let’s have a look at your arm” and gently examining the bone of her arm, Helen winces when he gets over half way up.
    “ Yes it looks as it’s broken, we have an x-ray to make sure but you look like you took a fall. If I can examine your other side first”
    “Phil if you could wait outside” Phillip starts to walk around the screen
    “I will be just outside Helen”
    “Alright I will get the nurse to write up your notes but if you could lie on your side and remove your dress please. Here a blanket to cover you up and I will be back in a bit”
    “Are you o.k. Helen? Do you need any help?” Phillip says from the other side of her screen
    “ No” as she tries to undo her dress
    “ Sorry Phillip I think I might, I cannot undo my dress” she laughs shyly as he comes around the screen with a placard and places it on the bed.
    “ It’s alright Helen trust me I’m a doctor, just hold the blanket to your front” carefully he unties her halter neck dress and slips it from her. She can feel his breath on the back of her neck and she clutches her blanket tightly. Helen you can step out, and I only looked a little” he laughs and she digs him in the ribs
    “ Ow, that hurt me more than you” she cries out
    “ On the bed Helen, I need to fill out these forms as we wait for doctor Death”
    “Yes that is his real name” and she climbs back onto the bed trying to hide her body with the blanket. Phil starts asking her questions.
    “ How sexually active was she?”How many sexually partners had she had? Each question she answers his interest grows and she wished he stop asking her this, do they really need all this information?
    “ All done Helen and there no need to feel embarrassed Helen I heard a lot worse”
    “ And here doctor Death, I will wait back outside” he says as the doctor returns
    “Phil it doctor Death and it French, sorry Miss that all I need, patents thinking my name is Death”
    “ Lie on your side and let’s have a look”
    And e xamining her bruised side…
    “ Tell me if it hurts” and his fingers make Helen jump from the pain
    “ O.k. there a lot of bruising here, do you feel sick?”
    “ No it just sore but the pain in my hip is worst”
    “ It’s probably bruised but we have an x-ray on that side too. I will get Phil to take you when you dressed and no need to come back here, he will take you straight through to cast if it broken.
    She struggles to get dress but she cannot do her strap on her dress and holding it close to her chest she feels so useless
    “Phil can you help me please ?” she says shyly
