BOOK REVIEW: 5+ STARS

“Lev” was the first book in this new series by Belle Aurora. Ever since “Raw”, Belle is one of my favorite authors. I love her writing style; it’s so much like I think that it’s sometimes a bit scary…

“Lev” was about Lev Leokov and Mina. Both had a very hard life and Mina has recently hit rock bottom when she literally steals herself into Lev’s life. Lev is so fascinated by her, that he doesn’t know what hit him. And he doesn’t even know why, that’s not how he normally ticks. No, nothing about their “relationship” is normal in the beginning. Soon he recognizes the strange feeling in his chest as the crazy little thing called love. And mind you, Mina is a goner for Lev, too. I mean, tall, sweet but Alpha like hell and built like a linebacker on steroids plus a hot Russian – what’s there not to like? And ladies, he drives sex on 4 wheels: A black Camaro!!! OMG, yes – I fainted a little bit when I read that.

It was so heartwarming and amazing to experience step by step, how those two broke through their walls and let each other in. Sure, there were a few slightly illogical occurrences – but apart from that, everything was really structured and handled well. The sex-scenes were sooooo hot, mostly because there’s this slow build-up through the whole first half of the book. And just when you finally want to scream at your kindle to finally get it on with each other, the fireworks go off… LOL

There was suspense, a bit of drama, a lot of family and a beautiful, beautiful love story. But not only that, “Lev” was also a great tale about family, friendship and loyalty.

I rate “Lev” with 5+ stars and can recommend it to everyone. And now I’m looking forward to reading the next book in this series! Belle, very well done!!!
