BOOK REVIEW: 5 STARS

Emma Chase always creates the most perfect male fictional ever –Why are they fictional? I need a Drew, or a Stanton, or a Jake, or a Brent in my life– Going back to the original men she wrote, Drew, made me so happy.

This novella tells the “dreams” Drew had during one christmas eve. He decided that his work was more important than spending this special holiday with his family, and when he was ready to prepare for his conference, he started having visions of the past –Can I say child Drew was the cutest?-, the present and the future, one horrific alternative future. All these dreams showed Drew what was really important: his family.

I’m grateful it happened. Because even someone as brilliant as me needs a refresher once in awhile about what’s really important. The moments that matter. And the people we can’t and don’t want to imagine living without.

I loved this funny-sexy modern version of Scrooge, a very sexy Scrooge hahaha and just like the old man, Drew learned, in time, what was really important. I loved his three green eyed ghosts: Mackenzie, Alexandra and Delores. And of course, Kate and James were perfect as always.

Read this awesome Tangled novella, it’s 100% recommended. And if you already did, because it’s part of the anthology Baby It’s Cold Outside, repeat it. You will get a bonus with it: Indecent Proposal. Read how and when Drew proposed to Kate.
